Paragon's Brown Town consistently delivers top-notch food quality, and their dedication to service is truly commendable. From the attentive managers accommodating personal preferences in their food service to organizing fantastic birthday parties, they excel. The ambiance is inviting, catering well to families, making it an ideal spot for gatherings and business meetings alike. Moreover, their convenient location with ample parking adds to the appeal. We visited this place in the afternoon around 3. Place well maintained and clean. Good staff. You have decent amount of parking. Honey cake was good. Pineapple Tarte was sweet but yummy. Shakes were also tasty.

Brown Town is a unit of Paragon Restaurant, a well known food service chain of Kerala that is known for its great food and hospitality. Our hosts in Calicut, knowing our fondness for Continental food, insisted that we visit here to dine, and dine we did. First of all, Brown Town at Kotooly is built differently from the other outlets of Paragon. The place is more casual, with seating laid out in a L shaped layout and a bakery counter taking the central place. The service was warm and friendly, as it usually is at most Paragon outlets. We ordered Spicy Potato wedges, Chicken BBQ Wings, Shepherds Pie, Chicken Lasagne , Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Steak with Mushroom sauce, a Bison Loaf, Pasta, an Iced Latte, Masala tea, a Kombucha and the signature drink of Paragon, the Mint Lime, which is my personal favourite. Each one of us tried a little bit of everything, and I can say without any hesitation that the food there is amazing. Even something like a grilled sandwich is done to perfection. The Shepherds Pie, though, could do with some improvements. I am not saying that it wasn't good. It's just that I am used to a much nicer flavour at home. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Went to Brown Town on a Birthday Occasion....Had amazing food and to top the experience was the amazing hospitality offered by Mr Ajay and his team.... Thank you Mr Ajay for making the day Memorable....The Tres Leches Cake, The Cinnamon French Toast, and the Lava Cake was out of the world.,....Must Must Try.....

The shop was bright and inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I ended up purchasing a slice of red velvet cake, which was rich and moist with a creamy frosting. The flavor was spot-on and the presentation was beautiful. In addition to the red velvet cake, the shop had a wide variety of other baked goods, including cookies, pastries, and breads. Everything looked and smelled amazing, and I had a hard time choosing just one item.

Overall a great experience in a no-frills quick dining serving mainly continental and fast food. Mostly non-vegetarian options, vegetarian choice was very minimal. Don't have gluten free options. Great variety of Desserts and breads.

So you wanna have some good food, good ambience and bunch loads of variety of amazing food then this is THE place to go. I've been a customer of this place from the start. There's so much variety to taste from here and I'm never disappointed not even once. Always consistent food. You just feel like going there again and trying something new. It's like a comfort place for me now and I could recommend this place to anyone who's town to have lunch or dinner. And they have different types of breads, pastries and drinks. So if your ever in town and was passing by this place. Just stop by, have the food, let your tummy be full and your heart be full as well. Hats down one of the best food joints in Calicut.

This cafe has set its roots to stay! Delicious food from starters to main course to desserts. We love the pastas here. Tried veg cannelloni this time and it was amazing! The kids love their peri peri chicken steak. We also tried the cream of chicken soup and spiced hot chocolate- yum!!! Been here several times and we have only good experience and good things to say Definitely recommending
