They should improve their collections . Soo old fashioned. Not at all updated . I liked the varieties of bangles they have .other than that just nothing. Disappointed

Very rude and naive staffs. After several hours of gift shop hunting in kollam with family, as per a friend's instruction we went to brothers it was 7:50 pm 16-04-2023 . Despite of repeated request that we need only 10 minutes they refused to open the gift section which was already locked when we arrived. With very rude attitude they asked the other customers to make things quick and wind up. The staffs were also murmering about their understaff issue. Hearing this the existing customers went out along with us. Never ever we gonna suggest anyone to that shop.

Ladies staff on the ground floor are rude. When we visited , they were gossiping and in between that, they just showed the bangles(without stopping the gossip), and was not customer-friendly at all. Management should give some training to the staff.

The lady staff in the cosmetics section upstairs are soo rude and not friendly at all.they even judge the customers . Like they are doing us some favour. Staff like these will prevent people from visiting this good shopping space.

This is my first time to visit this shop. This place is awesome.i didn't even realise the time ticking.All there jewelery collections are next level. especially there black metal earings collection. Am really impressed.
