BROAD BEAN HOTEL KAKKAYANGAD - Hotel in Iritty, Muzhakkunnu - Kannur, India

One of the worst hotel experience is recent past, cleanliness is average. Extremely poor behaviour by the staff, even after booking 2 rooms via MakeMyTrip and paying it in full they were not aware that I had booked 2 rooms. The rooms given to us didn't had any facility as mentioned while booking, no TV, they were trying to bring in TV from some other rooms and fixing it. No proper restaurant facility. The staff was not even bothered to listen to the customer concerns. I had been there with my elderly parents who can't climb the stairs and they were so cool in telling that the elevator is not working, I had to carry the whole luggage and they were not ready to give a helping hand. The staff is least bothered to provide proper food but was so eager to serve alcohol, I had to tell that I am there for temple visit and not for a party. Altogether one of the worst experience ever in a hotel... I recommend people to extra cautious while booking this hotel.....

Good hotel. Very spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Did not try the restaurants there. Mridanga Saileshwari temple is less than 3 km from this hotel. There is a bus stop and auto stand near by. Easy to commute to Iritty.

Didn't expect such wonderful experience at milestone restaurant.. so calm ambience.. service was excellent and available without prior booking even at late hours. (Till 11pm). It may take preparation time approx 30mins if it's a long order. But worth all the wait.. served fresh and authentic. A bit confusion is on my 20% add on as ac charges.. but overall I'm still happy.

It is a worst bar of its kind in this area. They are very arrogant in hospitality as well lags in general cleanliness in Bar area. One can find cigar ash , wastes in floors of AC area itself. Non professional staff adding fuel to fire.. Have to do lot of improvement to reach at par with JK residency and Bar nearby. It will be highly appreciable if the staff of this Bar offers a free Peg at JK residence. Will be a On job training for them.. Hope do some improvement in future after the onset of new airport coming near.. The standard has to be improved to 4 star rating for mark their presence..

They have a family restaurant apart from BAR. We were a group of 15 including ladies and kids. Restaurant is neet and clean. Food was tasty. Staff behavior and service was good.

Broadbean in Kakkayangad is a three star property with BAR facility. Decent good rooms with all amenities is a good place to stay on. The hotel is very close to "Mridanga shaileswari temple" which is a tourist attraction. The hotel is the part of hotel chain Broadbean in Cochin, Kannur and Munnar.

I had lost a valuable item in its premises (KK Bar Peravoor ) I'm pretty sure, hotel staff took that item & asked to check the CCTV,but they weren't ready to check since they are sure about someone from hotel staff itself stolen the same. Beware, the same staffs will be here too

Pleasant environment . Neat and tidy rooms and toilets. One suggestion... If not AC rooms the fans are apart from bed,its sweating much . Thats the only thing to be changed
