The most beautiful place in Kurukshetra to visit with family especially on International Gita Mahotsav celebration, most of the time in the month of November. Do visit and enjoy this amazing place.
I visited this place many time. One on normal days in evening it is peaceful, beautiful, clam place and in night people came to walk, fun and enjoying the view . And second time I visited on Gita Jayanti Mahotsav and that time a fair was organised. On these days this place is croweded all the time. In night laser show was organised. On big statue of lord Krishna and Arjuna on rath is there. For parking outside there is place. Water is not so clean. But still fish can be seen. In night venders and fast food etc. Came there for income. For seating some arrangements is inside and outside of it there is little park.
Well maintained and peaceful area. the statute depicting gitopdesh is superb. the management should provide e rickshaws for elderly and disabled
The lake is big and good that you will stop and watch the beauty of the place and on the walls there are pictures represents different stories.But be careful on roads the vehicles move fast.
Very Holly and peaceful place. Water is crystal clear and after every 200meter public toilet available, well clean and maintained.
