Don't be fooled by the renovations taking place at the reception and dining hall. The suite room we booked was top tier. It had a kitchen, a small dining table, and was stocked with cutlery. It had ACs in both rooms of the suite. The food was good but could have been better.

Here rooms are good but worst thing is Receptionists and Hotel staff are dumb fellows who only speak in the local language. Not communicating in the English language such are narrow minded and unprofessional people in the service industry. Lady and man sitting they know English but dont want to speak. You are not able to give orders or communicate anything. It is very difficult to stay in this hotel. Also food options are very limited. All staff are local and they don't know English. How to put order is a big question? They started the hotel without knowing the nature of the business is service industry.

Nice hotel with required amenities. The rooms are perfect and very neat when we entered. Restaurant is just downstairs and we get food from them. The breakfast was served hot and very decent. We enjoyed the dishes. They serve coffee and tea anytime you ask for, for free. The staff is very courteous and try to make the guest comfortable.

Spacious rooms and excellent hospitality. Professional and well behaved staff. Food also good. Room service is superfast . Will definitely recommend for family and official trips. Bus stand and railway station is nearby .

Rooms are good and clean. It was spacious. This place have hall, sofas, dining in near reception and on 1st floor. Also, this place have small lifts near to the restaurant of this hotel. Located close to Karaikudi bus stand of 1 km and the railway station of 2.5 kms range. Free breakfast provided as complimentary to your room advance payment bill. Nearby there is some groceries, medical stores in parallel road to this hotel. Good sight views from the doors and windows jennal where you get to see residential homes and stores nearby to this hotel. Excellent service. Overall, it's a fine experience to be in this hotel.

I had booked the hotel for one day for my son's football tournament. I had got another room close to tournament locations so immediately ask them to cancel it .. I had paid the total room amount as advance ..and 2 days prior to stay had informed them about cancellation and ask them refund .. They told me they will get back to me in 1 day..its been more than 15 days still no response even after multiple messages to them . Very very bad service.. Just because they get wedding crowd from nearby wedding hall, they are arrogant about what customer think . Bad attitude, guys!!
