Need to increase interior decoration on whole hotels. Service might change North people to better hospitality. Food tastes good. Parking ok. Should maintain clean in front of hotel also
Front office staff are Arrogant and misbihaves like we took the room for free. They are living in 1980' s Indian constituency. Dont know about customer friendliness provided by Hotels in 2023. Manager thinks that he is the Sole Owner of the Property. Owner behaves much much better than him. My humble request to Owner of the property that, Please terminate the waste employees and hire new and young office staff similar like in Vinayaka Residency, Tiruppur. These scumbags working now there will kill your credibility and loose all Good Clients.
Brindhavan hotel is very near from railway station, Hygienic and Delicious food ,Great service, Especially Front office Manager Mr.Arjun was very helpful in assisting with all relevant details and the Staffs are very pite n courteous, Nice place for Family n kids .. Keep going Guys!!!
