Very worst customer service and handling in the restaurant section. The service persons are not even having enough patience to even listen to the customer's needs and also the number of service persons are very low. Rates are high compared to their taste and service quality.

Too much cost for food items.....For that amount we didn't get enough service and there was no proper management..

Very worst hotel....the taste is not apt to its price.....no proper Restroom facilities provided forvye hotel.....the food is too costly and won't relatable to the taste....highly disappointed while visiting with the family!!!!!!!

Went for lunch and it is pretty much normal food they are serving.

It is near to Busstand food is ok. Lodging must improve

Visited after more than a decade for Breakfast. Not seen like the one in the past. Interior of hotel is not well maintained. Looks Renovation has not done in a while and really need one very badly. Taste is neither good nor bad. Service is satisfactory.

Visited the hotel today, there is no one attending or responding to the customers who came for food. Never seen such worst management in my life. Customers waited for a long time and left in anger and hunger.

They just have the parking space very big backside of the hotel. The entrance of the parking is just nearby to the hotel. There is a entrance from the parking also. I came here at afternoon. We ordered one full meals, Fried rice and chappathi. The place was not cleanly maintained. But the taste of the items were very good. For the meals, we have to buy a token for 100rupees meals token and then only we should give it to the waiter for the supply of the food. After seeing this hotel as 2-star hotel, I was shocked. Bcoz this is really not a 2 star hotel. Please dont take it as a star hotel. It's just a normal Veg hotel with good taste and big parking.
