Worst experience with Doctor & staff at this hospital. Due to wrong treatment by doctor my wife suffered lot of complications in her pregnancy. Till 7 months of pregnancy doctor intentionally ignored my wife's problematic symptoms. Some how we managed to change hospital at last moment so mother & baby both are safe. We have two more such bad experiences in my relatives & friends with this Brindavan hospital. Please try to avoid this hospital if you want Happy & Safe pregnancy.

One of my sister had a terrible experience at this hospital. She went there for treatment and had worst experience with hospital management. They are attracting the users in the name of normal delivery. She had normal delivery in the hospital few days back and not treated well. Because of mistreatment done by hospital management, now she is totally on bed rest and unable to walk.We made doctor and staff aware of her situation, but no response from them. If you want best treatment for your family, please suggest them not to visit this place. I think they have a team(there staff) trying to put positive reviews from past 2-3 days. I hope my review will help other users, who wants to visit this hospital to made them aware about the hospital management and the way they treat the patients. Please don't be mistreated by yourself in this hospital.

The hospital is really good and well maintained. The doctor, Usha madam is very polite and treats the patients with utmost care and I salute for her patience in doing normal delivery in most of the cases and encourages normal delivery. The hospital staff are also good. I am really satisfied and happy with the treatment they provided and I recommend this hospital for people looking for normal delivery.

This is not doctor this theft they want only money. guys very bad experience please don't visit this hospital....

The most insane place to get treated. We risked our life here.!!! 'BAN' BRINDAVAN HOSPITAL. Let's value life. Never in my life I thought I would write a negative review for hospitals. This is the place where we trust doctors blindly expecting that we'll be in safe hands and will be taken proper care. Here is a dreadful story of my sister who delivered a baby during the month of December. She went through a normal delivery and had a second-degree tear in the process. Second degree tear requires stitches, otherwise it wouldn't heal and cause infection inside the uterus due to constant exposure to water, bleeding and airflow. In some cases, we learnt it may lead to removal of uterus permanently for the infection. As a layman in science, I know so much detail on how a second-degree tear must treated after delivery, but I guess professional doctors at this hospital don't. They ignored or forgot or may be reckless about treating the patient right, there were no stitches at all on her. First they said, she had stitches and need to be careful. As there's so much discomfort even after 1 month of delivery and the tear didn't heal even bit, we visited again asking for Dr. Usha Naveen's advice. She said everything is fine and it'll take some time to heal by mentioning the stitches were inside and so you can't feel them. We had questions with that kind of response and so we took second & third opinions at different hospitals. We even travelled to Hyderabad for fourth opinion. All other doctors mentioned there were no stitches at all. We were shocked when we heard this. After 2 months of delivery there's no recovery from pains and my sister went through hell all this time. Other day when we visited hospital to question the doctors, they were adamant about admitting the truth and constantly kept saying we haven't done anything wrong. As my father raised his voice and mentioned he would complaint against them, they haven't answered back. The junior doctor just kept quiet for all our questions and the duty doctor said come and join again, we would treat you well this time till your recovery. For this we said we don't have belief in them anymore, they were just like okay. We haven't seen any repenting feeling in them for what they have done. This hospital, doctors and staff has complete disregards to value of life, pain and recovery of the patient. They give zero respect for motherhood and childbirth. They just wanted to bag money by assigning unprofessional doctors to the patients. Cherry on the cake is the duty doctor never attended for the delivery instead a junior named Vinusha was sent. We don't have enough efforts, time and interest to sue them or to file a case against them. It's hard to win too, as we noticed everyone in the hospital wants to help each other but not the outsiders to provide with proper proofs of unprofessionalism. We know we can't ease the pain of my sister or go back to the days where she suffered and change anything. But we wish sisters from other mothers won't go through such kind of nightmares in life by getting treated at this hospital after reading our review. 'BAN' BRINDAVAN HOSPITAL. Let's value life.

This is the best example to show how cheap and worst the management is at this hospital, All the latest positive reviews from last 24 hours are not real patients of this hospital and they are the staff (Chandana Manthati, Qureshi, Farzana, Sudhakar, Anitha, Pooja,Soujanya,Kavya) with whom we interacted while getting treated at the hospital.We have enough proofs to show they are the staff at this hopital and also we hold proofs of not getting appropriate treatment for my sister. For the Staff: I would like to ask everyone to think from what are you getting by this post, She might give you a bonus or a promotion for this review but you are literally supporting someone who really failed to treat patients properly and made them suffer. Just put you or your family member on this position and think because we are adding the review with the real issues we had. As a patient we have suffered a lot at this hospital and we have the right to add a review...please cooperate if you hold any shame. Shame on management and Dr.Usha for misleading patients by adding positive reviews by their staff...

Usha Madam is very good to treat any type of patient will do good for every one. Note :this management Sai Kumar is worst behavior he speaks rudely and if patient comes in night blindly he will makes fool and takes money plz be careful

Danger... Careful..Story of a real victim... Utter disappointment. This is to just share our experience at this hospital and make sure people take care so that they won't go through the same phase as we did.. Here is the problem we faced with this hospital: My sister got normal delivery here. Everything was good and well on that instant buy she was not able to recover back. So when we consulted again, below are the things went wrong 1. Utter ignorance or negligence on patients problems. 2. Harsh dialogues while checkup - this makes any patient uncomfortable to open up and discuss about there porblems . 3.They couldn't able to find out the problem ( had infection ) , when we visited other hospitals as there was no improvement from this hospital we found out about the infection which is in developed stage. 4. Lot of wrong statements delivered by the doctors. Finally we moved on to other hospitals. But just hope that doctors understand or take this feedback as a good one so that they can improve their services for other patients.. Just unbelievable ... Nothing personal.. All the latest positive reviews within a 2-3 days from today were wantedly added by the hospital supporters.... LOL.. also I can see the assistant doctors are adding there reviews here... I suggest take genuine reviews from the patients so that you will understand about where the hospital is lacking in services which is a positive development instead of fake reviews.. All the best team..
