Brijwasi Lands Inn - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

Stayed with family. Rooms decent size and clean. Had some trouble getting hot water at night as they had switched of the boiler. The team was helpful though to facilitate any request. The restaurant had good ambience and food was delicious. Breakfast had minimal selection but while on the tour didn't affect us a lot. Overall good experience

Good interior. Food is delicious. Parking available. Service is polite. Issues are resolved quickly if you raise query. Issues - Price isn't fare. Toilet pot was broken but they fixed it after my call. Non-Veg not allowed in these area. Parking issues when there is a party in the Hotel on the ground.

I stayed here for longer time than 100days. It is a nice and good area of the room and nice TV facility. There is a nice walking area(lawn) and parking also is there we can use it for walking What I liked the most is that they only serve vegetarian food there. But I think they have a small menu(special with vegetables sabji) The cost of food is very much higher as compared to the serving portion of the same is very much less. In the morning breakfast they serve buffet but they serve almost the same everyday and small menu and they are not having much options. In dinner they are not serving buffets. They are serving mocktails and cocktails and alcoholic drinks too. Room service/housekeeping is nice. The staff is also cooperative.

I booked two elite rooms for my family and rooms were completely pathetic. In one room the Water Closet(WC) was broken and in other room AC was not working at all. When i asked to change room due to AC problem they were not at all responsive to our complaint. The staff is extremely rude. We would never recommend this hotel for anybody travelling to Mathura. Its highly disappointing, and trip spoiler.

It is one of my favourite place to stay. Very Comfortable soothing ambience. Manager Mr Pankaj is very cooperative. The moment you call house keeping, Room service or reception you will always hear impact ful earpleasing words "Jai Shree Krishna'

Very nice property located in the vicinity of all important places in Mathura Vrindavan.

To start with, It's a 'shaadi-ghar' to be more precise. The rooms were occupied by all the Baaratis. To add to our miseries, the AC wasn't working well, The room service was slower than the tortoise walk - you ask for water, they would deliver it in an hour. Over and above that, it's *NOT KIDS FRIENDLY* The buffet had the spiciest sambar which they wanted to be fed to a 2 year old And had the guts to provide without spicy food for the toddler. Additionally, on the day of the wedding, you were supposed to be locked inside the room as you would do the harm of coming in between the pictures of the bride and groom. Prefer other hotels, 4000 + taxes is worthless here Bf options - hard sandwich, rotten watermelon, real juice , tea and coffee , idli with spicy sambar , upma , bonda , milk porridge and paranthe. That's all No special request was to be accepted.

The place is good but on the expensive side, the amount you pay is not justified with the services you get. The breakfast had a buffet but didn't have variety, only 3-4 items.
