Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the on-site dining was a delightful culinary experience. I can't wait to return to this charming oasis on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Stayed there three nights. Booked two rooms for the family of four. Extremely expensive for what you are paying for. Rooms are very dark, small and have view of dingy looking buildings from the windows. Have to give three stars for the location, and that's basically all. Food was average. But staff was very courteous. Varanasi is a beautiful city with lots of options. I would recommend to look around and find other places with better room, service and more fresh food options.

The BrijRama Palace is a jewel rising on the banks of the Mother Ganges in Varanasi. The hotel is a peaceful and stunningly beautiful haven amid the clamor of the Old City. The 200 year old building is exquisitely restored, and the rooms are designed with modern comfort in mind. However, as with any place in our world, what is most important are the humans who reside there. The BrijRama Palace has retained a group of amazing people from the Varanasi area to serve as ambassadors to their complex, timeless and many-storied city. We had the great pleasure of meeting Ravi, who works in the restaurant of the BrijRama Palace. Ravi seems to be there most days, from morning to evening, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with his other excellent colleagues. Ravi was instrumental in making our stay at the BrijRama a wonderful and memorable experience. From his warm and welcoming smile to his willingness to provide a descriptive gateway into the foods of his region as well as samples of those foods, Ravi was an exemplary and outstanding ambassador to the Old City of Varanasi. We thank the BrijRama Palace for an extraordinary and memorable experience, and we extend our very special thanks to Ravi!

Possibly one of the best locations and places to stay in banaras... the staff was perfectly pleasant and helped us along. We received a warm welcome and the stay involves a lot of activities throughout the day. The rooms because of its vintage structure are a bit small as compared to 5 star standards... other than the location and the food albeit expensive was to our liking.

My wife and I along with two others spent four amazing days at this hotel. This 5 star Hotel is iconic and located right on the Ghat to soak in Varanasi's cultural and religious experience. Hotel rooms are elegantly and artistically decorated to blend in with its 200 years plus palace feel. Facilities are simply excellent and the most wonderful thing is the hospitality of the staff. Staff was ready to accommodate all requests. Although all of them were good and I would not remember all names but I would like to mention Front office manager Shashank and his assistant Ravi at front Desk and Kewal in the restaurant. Dining was simply a pleasure as they were more than willing to get any specific changes to the menu and somehow gave the feel that they really wanted us to enjoy the Benarsi food they were serving. Early morning flute gave a serene feeling and the daily Kathak dances in the courtyard were too good. They have an excellent spa and a delightful daily high tea at the terrace level. Preferable way to come to the hotel is on the hotel boat as the way through the small lanes can be quite a challenge.

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The amenities were top-notch, including the pool and fitness center. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful heritage with great view. Not only the hotel was good, also the staff here are very humble and polite. You can have a great day here with your family or friends. The rooms were clean, good services and cleaning services were also good. Situated in the best location which is very easy to travel to tourism places nearby. Had a great day.
