Worst hospital in Bhilwara city. Never ever should go here for any medical condition. This hospital is loot machinery where patients came and on the name of services, they provide nothing and just charge blindly and make patient and their families to suffer more than they can. Considering hospital building and location, BBMH is located near to private bus stand Bhilwara and love Garden. They have invested good on building to make arrangements for sitting but the arrangements are of no use when the lift is not useful patient, as it is painful slow and very congested. No proper facilities for drinking water. Staff here is very inefficient and very rude. They understood themselves as a god. Doctors here are not so cooperative and attentive. They just take patient for granted. They don't understand the meaning of emergency, work disgustingly. This hospital is only for harassing the patients and looting them as much as they can. This hospital is not for providing better health treatment to the patients coming there. This hospital has faced a lot of criticism due to its negligence at the time of Corona. But still they are not desisted from the careless antics and it seems that it will not even come to an end, because if there is political and economic access then everything is possible in this country.

The hospital is engaged in unethical behavior by taking advantage of patients and providing incorrect medical consultation. Additionally, the hospital is unfairly charging exorbitant consultation fees and doctors are not giving time to consultation.

Dr Vishnu Chaudhary is one of the best skin & VD consultant, I have got the tatto mark removal procedure from him,it was easy ,painless & no harmfull for me, my recommendation to all the skin patients to come and must ought to consult with him.

My Mother was admitted in this hospital on 20/04/18. She was insured with Star Health Insurance, So all the medical expenses were Cashless with the Medical Policy. In this time period the the pharmacy did the fraud of Rs14,000, where they are not giving bill of all the medicine that we have purchased from the pharmacy, they just put it in their system. In between when we rechecked all the bills with the scheduled medicine. We have found this fraud. By hiding this fraud, the pharmacy send the medicine & drugs of the that amount on the next day & the drugs they have send all the not appropriate for the patient. We had discussed this case with management but they are not responding properly.

A good hospital in bhilwara and the doctors are good. It is always busy and crowded here. But the pharmacy staff that operates the computer is very slow here and sometimes rude, I went to purchase medicines that the doctor prescribed, the staff took out the medicine and kept it on the counter but would not give it to me. Apparently, the medicines they had in physical stock were not updated in the computer. When I went to purchase, they then began updating a list of medicines in their stock on the system, I waited for 10 minutes but could not wait any longer and purchased the medicines from outside.

Crowd management could have been better.

This hospital is not royalty. Don't given complete suggetion to any condition of patient. Given sudden discharg for any condtion when taken to any inquiry. So bad condition to families's person.

the management of this hospital is very poor. no cleanliness and very unhygienic hospital staff is also not cooperative this is the most expensive hospital in the city . Also there is only two lifts in this entire hospital in which one is for staff and other one is for patients and attendants . i'm literally very disappointed.
