Great place to stay only negative point is no back up for electricity cut also.. lift needs to improve.... Food variety is also very limited...
Had a nice experience.. it's situated in brij dham apartment on 9th floor. Easy to locate, Ample parking, near to prem mandir but a little far from banke bihari temple however you can get local transport easily. Food is great and i loved the tea. Staff is very cooperative and humble. Would recommend to anyone with an average budget.
Staff attitude and behavior was very rude. Instead of acknowledging the complaints of the customers they talked and answered rudely. Faced Basic Issues like - Bathroom door was not working, TV was missing in the room. Hall TV was not working/catching the signal. Toilet flush system was not working properly. Be careful and go there to waste your money and ruin your trip.
Perfect place for a family stay.. Good view of city from the stay...Walkable distance from Prem mandir... Clean, big rooms and wash rooms... I will recommend it...
In April and may month it is very hot.Hotel located on 9th floor,so it very very hot.AC are not effective and it takes 2to 3 hours for room cooling.so it is my sincere advice not To stay in this hotel in April May June summer months.Lift are not working properly and there is no lift dedicated to hotel.

On the 9th floor. Rooms are 1 BHK flats. A canteen. Decent food but there are timings for every meal. Gyser wasn't working but they fixed it even at 10pm that was impressive. We were served paratha curd poha and tea in breakfast. Overall the stay was nice. You can prefer it.
