Very good facilities are provided...Food is so delicious.... Unlimited bufe system for breakfast if we take rooms... Hygiene is maintained properly...Rates are too high but the service is like 5 star hotel...but the view from balcony is full of traffic. But just because of hotel ambiance it feels rich
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a beautiful interior, a prime location, spacious rooms, and a delightful breakfast. However, I did encounter a minor issue regarding the early check-in policy. In this day and age, many hotels offer early check-in without any additional charges. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find that I was charged a half-day rate for a mere 4 hours of early check-in. I believe this policy could be improved, especially considering that other hotels in the vicinity provide a 24-hour checkout time from the moment of check-in.
Brij Fast Food serves inspect inside food, happened today with me, i had ordered rava dosa and to my surprise an insect was crawling in the plate and worst part is when reported to manager he not even apologize for that very rude behavior, it's table no.3 morning of 10 AM at 24.06.23 .....Worst of all when i had told him that I had food plate photo with crawling insect inside and show attitude that he doesnt even care and served me bill to pay and went to another customer.... approched consumer forum with all proof and finally lodged complaint....Very bad behaviour like don't even care for wrongdoing of staff at brij fast food
There were good and bad points. The good points were 1.clean rooms with all basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, washing kit. Neatly kept bed. 2. Complementary breakfast was tasty. 3. flexible check in and check out, provided you have contacted the restaurant 1-2 days prior Bad points 1. There was no availability of hot water early in the morning as there was some technical difficulties. 2. On asking for hot water, the reception sent a guy with a single bucket of water after 20minutes. We still needed 2 more buckets , out of which only one came through after 15min. 3. After returning to hotel, there were tobacco stains in bathroom. we had to check out soon, so didnt ask the reception much.
It's feel like we stay at Hospital not hotel poor ambition and environment not a good service as well as location was not good no parking available.
