Rates of gold are very high here as compare to other place. Making charge is less comparatively. And if you ask for the details about gold rate they will engage you in some lenthy method of calculation so that you got frustrated. Staff reaction was also rude many time . On 16.04.2022 rate was- 1. 22k gold trade rate in faizabad was 5019/gm But at brij kishore it was 5243/gm Difference : 5243- 5019= 224/gm making :600/gm Additional charge from gold trade rate : 224+600= 824/gm 2. 18 k gold trade rate in faizabad was 4106/gm But at brij kishore it was 5029/gm Difference : 5029-4106= 923/gm making :100/gm Additional charge from gold trade rate : 923+100= 1023/gm Note : above rate is before gst. I didn't get the reason behind this big difference and ask for price breakup but He couldn't satisfied me with his explanation. He was getting rude on queries. Suggestion - if you are going to buy 22k gold then you can go for it but if you are looking for 18 k gold then please explore other option also then decide. Due to shortage of time i couldn't explore.

They have quality products but they are not offering correct price of gold as per "IBJA" standards same as other few jwellers. They are charging 24kt gold price on 22kt gold and 22kt gold price on 18kt gold.So if u want to buy jwellery from here u should compare with other brands offering price too which are present there in Faizabad like Tanishq etc.(including making charge) after comparison buy from there who is giving u best price. If u r buying jwellery here u should ask for discount on Making charges after all u r going to pay ur hard earned money .The Owner is a good person n staffs too but as per my experience if u'll ask about billing n quality related questions to staffs they will react weird.

Beware!! This shop is a bloody cheat. Selling 18 carat gold at price of 24 carat on pretence of low making charges which is a farce. Tried eyewashing me but when challenged gave lame excuses that it happens like this only. Don't be fooled by automatic doors and hospitality as this shop shall bluff you in buying lower standard unhallmarked jewellery at high prices.
Place is good, you will found variety of jewellery in all types, but one of the staff member's (sales girl) behaviour was very bad, she said 'Lena hai nahi bs time pass kr rhi hai' she was acting like owner of the shop, this behaviour is ridiculous.
store needs to update their worker's performance because BRIJ KISHORE is a brand in itself....stop congratulating workers who are degrading your store's fame....they should know how to behave and perform or communicate infront of their customer....Didn't expected this terrible service in Brij Kishore
