Hospital with great ambience

Steps to follow:
1. Please bring the patient with you for registration it will hardly take 5 minutes to register here.
2. After this they will discuss with the patient about their history, their recent condition, family history, any other health problems. (they will mention it in their records)
Discussion after a basic eye exam
3. They will send the report to the doctor.
Then the doctor will examine you and treat you accordingly.
Personally I like the way the staff dress
What I didn't like is that we have to wait a lot
I recently had an unfortunate experience with a technician at the pathology lab of this hospital. It pains me to say that this guy displayed a complete lack of empathy and proper communication skills when dealing with patients.
During my visit, I witnessed this technician yelling at patients who were already under immense stress and anxiety due to their loved ones' health issues. It was disheartening to see someone in a healthcare profession behaving in such an inconsiderate manner.
It is evident that there is a struct need for training, especially in customer service, for the staff in this lab. They should understand that they are providing a service paid for by patients and their families, not just performing tasks for their own benefit. Basic etiquette and compassion should be fundamental components of their interactions with patients.
I wholeheartedly urge the hospital organization to address this issue promptly by providing training and guidance to improve the behavior and communication skills of their staff. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect and understanding during what is already a difficult time.
I am myself a healthcare professional and , it is particularly disheartening to witness a fellow healthcare worker lacking empathy and proper communication skills. We, of all people, understand the importance of compassion and understanding when dealing with patients and their families during challenging times.
People like him are such a shame to healthcare facilities.
I recently had an unfortunate experience at Brij Healthcare, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The hospital's inability to provide timely and accurate diagnosis, coupled with a money-driven approach and an unhelpful ICU incharge named Bhanu, made the entire ordeal even more frustrating. Furthermore, despite being registered with our insurance company, they denied us the cashless insurance facility, wasting valuable time and exacerbating our concerns.
From the moment we arrived at Brij Healthcare, it was evident that their primary focus was financial gain rather than patient care. The lack of empathy and compassion displayed by the staff was disheartening. We felt like mere numbers rather than individuals in need of medical attention.
One of the most distressing aspects of our experience was the hospital's inability to diagnose our condition properly even after several tests they wasted our time at such crucial situation and there lunch duration is 2.5 hrs even if you have some emergency.
Furthermore, the behavior of the ICU incharge, Bhanu, was unacceptable. Bhanu displayed a complete disregard for patient well-being, exhibiting an unprofessional and apathetic attitude throughout our interaction. Any inquiries or requests for updates were met with dismissiveness, leaving us feeling neglected and unheard. The lack of communication and transparency added to our frustration and anxiety during an already stressful time.
To compound our disappointment, Brij Healthcare, despite being registered with our insurance company, refused to provide us with cashless insurance facilities. This unexpected denial left us burdened with the financial strain of medical expenses when we were already dealing with the physical and emotional toll of our condition. This lack of coordination between the hospital and the insurance provider highlights a serious flaw in Brij Healthcare's administration and their commitment to patient care.
In conclusion, my experience at Brij Healthcare was deeply unsatisfactory. The hospital's focus on profit, coupled with the incompetence of the medical staff, particularly the ICU incharge, Bhanu, made it clear that patient well-being was not their priority. The inability to diagnose our condition in a timely manner and the refusal to honor our cashless insurance further compounded our frustration. I cannot in good conscience recommend Brij Healthcare to anyone seeking quality healthcare and compassionate treatment.
1. No Emergency Service Available.
2. I had visited today around 5:30 AM for emergency service. Treatment was being done by Compounder.
3. No doctor was available in the morning.
4. Not recommended at all.
5. Hospital should remove the deatils of available service i.e. 24*7.
6. Very disappointed.
I am trying to contact on the mentioned number but there is no response. Could you please confirm how to book an appointment?
This review Specially for Eye department.
Worst then government hospitals. Management is too much bad they are just manipulating and wasting time of peoples specially the girls on the doors of the doctors cabin.
Management is not responsive and also ignore you if you ask some questions. Also they have scheme if you want early number pay 200 rs more even though you have to waste your whole day for just small checkup.
I advise to do not go in this hospital government hospitals are better then this hospital or choose other private hospitals.
Well maintained and managed Hospital.
Staff is courteous and helpful.
Good Hospital for regular and emergency. Doctors and staff are courteous and helpful.
