Had worst experience over there. No electricity was there for whole 1 day. The worst part was the whole staff members stayed numb with this issues. So I had to call up the owner and what he said was shocking.... He said "all this are not real time issues and we can't do anything on that. If you want to leave you can at anytime". The worst part was the owner I say ... I won't recommend anyone to stay there. If at all you want bad experience you can. Hare Krishna
Worst decision taken by me of bringing my trip to stay here. We had booked 21 rooms, but none of the room were properly maintained. Fans not working, stinking dirty rooms, cobwebs everywhere, no exhaust fans in bathroom, dirty campus,no water.... Even after all these, the management is not willing to get it rectified. We're being told that we are the only one who are making these complaints. We planned to stay for 6 days but after so much of harassment and ABUSIVE language, we left in just 2 days. Think 5 times before going here.
Worst nightmare for a traveller who wants a decent room to stay. In this cost you can have many other and better rooms in Vrindavan. The verbal abuse and harassment I got from the Owner himself was the worsted part. Never ever gonna recommend to stay in this hotel. Resort is just for the name-sake
Problems faced by our group in room: 1) Bathroom door had no lock 2) Flush wasn't working 3) No water dispenser was available. We need to go down to fill at reception or call them to fill out bottles. 3) No beds were available, only matress were available on floor. 4) Water flow in bathroom was less, it took long to fill buckets 5) There was no facility for drying clothes, no rope, not even hooks were available in balcony to tie ropes. 6) One basin outside bathroom was leaking and it went our mattresses which were on floor. 7) Rooms have confusing room names.
From out side the hotel was looking luxury,but from inside the structure was very poor.washroom flush was not working, current coming in water when we start geyser. Garbage was stored in cupboard,so due to that the room was smelling very bad. Overall , the maintenance of the room is very poor.....
Very untidy room. Unsatisfactory tap facility. Even unfilthy to an extent that You have to continuously press a thing to take shower. So unsatisfied with the services.
Planning a stay. But doesnt seem like i will go to this resort after reading the reviews.. cleanliness which is a basic expectation is not being maintained. Almost 80 % of the reviews say that cleanliness is an issue. Which is not being addressed by the owner. Owner is just responding with "Thanks Sir" to whoever have written few good words. Good reviews deserve appreciation but bad reviews need addressal and action which cannot be seen through reviews...
Worst experience I have in Bhoomi resort.According to photos on site AGODA are very different in real.Very bad services,no bislery water,no kettle(as shown in photos),Geyser not in working condition .Broken and damaged furniture Very bad smell in rooms,dirty washrooms.We have booked two rooms both were same which we got in bad condition.
