The facilities are top-notch, the location is prime and furnished model apartment really sealed the deal for me. The flat has a brilliant layout with useful features that I absolutely love. The sales team, especially Mr. Krishnan Karnan, did an excellent job of presenting the infrastructure clearly. And a special shoutout to CRM, Ms. Rita, for her professional, knowledgeable, and personalized care throughout the entire process. She really made the journey seamlessly easy for me. Our home hunt finally came to end after so many years with Brigade Residence, WTC Chennai. We have recently booked our dream home here in this iconic project. We are quite impressed with many aspects - location, specs, quality of construction, world class amenities, excellent team, etc., Mr. Mohankrishnan received us at the site and thoroughly explained about the project. He is very polite, cooperative and empathetic. He made sure to address all of our requirements and helped us to complete the booking process at ease. We are very proud to be a owner at Brigade Residence WTC.

Brigade by brand itself it shows highly secure and safe place high profile place actually because I have been working in banglore brigade campus before, now construction works process efficiently going on once it's complete it's the main Top level place in Chennai for sure they had 28 floor and within campus 5 star hotels and malls everything with in the campus also, highly safe and secure for sure congratulations for the entire team for all future success.

World Trade center for the premium office space where fortune 500 it company only have office. It's a 2 million sqft office space area with tallest commercial building of Chennai located at OMR road Perungudi location. With in the complex you will have Marriott international hotel, restaurant services and retail shops. Beside commercial building world trade center also has residential building where high end 3 & 4 bhk 298 apartment are there. It's a total 16 acre project where you will get everything within the campus. This property is located next to Apollo hospital and before toll gate plaza.

First of all I would want to start with saying that we as a family had no intension of looking to buy a house in chennai; but when we drove past brigade residences, it made us intruged and then when you go in, people like Pravesh will make you double intruged and someone like Karnana will hit the final coffin ensuring you do not go out without buying one :) Thats how classy brigade houses are and how the sales team is out there. The amentieis, the features they offer with the house and less no of houses they are building are the very attractive features which is a plus. Pravesh is the best go to guy who explains everything top to bottom and he ensures you feel at home. He was so kind, genuine and also very friendly in every step to help get us our dream home. His communication throughout was excellent. Our whole family was happy on how he took care of us. Karnana was helpful through the process as well with his detailing.I am so glad we made this decision and really excited to see the final outcome. Thank you Pravesh, Karnan and Brigade. The quality and excellence in coming up with a neat project/execution is a stand out. Looking forward!

I visited this property recently with my wife. We already own a luxury apartment in OMR, so wasn't really keen on buying an apartment here.Since I had read & heard about it, wanted to see it for myself. The project is obviously high end - well laid out structures and generous space for greenery & amenities. The model flat exudes confidence of excellent build quality, high end features & fittings, nuanced and user friendly design. Construction work is on at full swing. I would specifically like to mention the excellent interaction we had with sales team member Mr. Pravesh Bhaiya. He is one of the best sales people I've met - he got us interested through his customer friendly, knowledgeable & detailed inputs. I did the basic research on this property after that, went back to Mr.Pravesh with lot of queries. He understands customer's apprehensions very well and takes special care to clarify them through convincing demonstrations than just wordy replies. I feel that the property is good value for money, for those looking for luxury & high end requirements. Am keen to own a flat there now.
