Indians one of the top rated Gated community. Brigade Orchard spreads over 135 Acre, in that 45 acre for living space and rest of 90 acre left as it is as a forest. Community having all varieties of plants. Best place to stay outside all types of pollution from Bangalore. I have been staying here from last one year. I prefer to stay here for ever. Brigade Orchard have multiple projects or communities inside. Wide variety of apartments. Walking during night is amazing
This is the most peaceful and beautiful smart township to live in Bangalore. Also the locality is developing really fast
This is one of the best property that I have visited so far in Bangalore. It's damn spacious with lush green environment and alot of open space. I have recently booked up a unit also here after going through all the details. Manoj was very supportive and answered any doubts or questions I had. If anyone is looking for a home away from hustle and bustle of the town and ambient of space then this is where your search ends. Thank you Manoj and Brigade team for all the support from start till end.

I would like to thank Revathi for her amazing 5* star service! It was truly the best experience! The whole process of buying house was very smooth and hassle-free. She supported and advised at every stage of our deal, provided the post-buying assistance and answering any questions immediately! Revathi is super helpful, supportive, understanding and professional sales person! I will recommend her to all my friends who are looking to buy properties in Brigade Group.
Revathi was very helpful. She came on board from the very beginning and explained all of my queries in no time with all details. Also, I find her knowledgeable in her domain. She helped me in making right selection of the unit, and I am very satisfied when it comes to customer relations etc at Brigade. I wish her best for the future endeavours.
Brigade has the worst CRM team. Just got my handover for Deodar, I had a nightmare dealing with the CRM team. There is no progress unless you ask for financial compensation for the delays. I was to purchase a ready-to-move-in flat but it took 6 months for the final handover. The sales process and handover were smooth but dealing with the CRM team was the most painful thing I've been through. They have no idea what processes are to he followed, I had to figure things out and explain it to the CRM team. I've purchased signature club membership but for the 3 months, I've been following up and asking for the payment receipt to start my process for the membership. I get incomplete answers, I've received someone else registration documents instead of mine. Correcting errors takes another 10 days for them to respond. I wanted to purchase another apartment but I can't deal with the CRM team hence I'm looking at alternatives.
Our world at Brigade Orchards starts and ends with our apartment in Juniper - which in it's current state is deserving of 1 star but I'm giving 2 stars for how enchanting Brigade Orchards looks to someone coming in first time. This is our first home. Though I was very apprehensive moving far away from the city, the facilities/amenities and house shown to us was convincing enough to buy. We researched a lot online and everything looked positive but once we moved here is when ground reality hit us. Listed below are our thoughts in just under 5 weeks of living here, 1) Firstly the sales staff ("Best Salesperson" Shaziya BI) must be told to speak atleast partial truth. The house was sold to us under the guise of a lovely airport runway view which will be impacted partially in our hall balcony but the view will be intact in our bedroom balcony - This is a complete lie since we later learnt many months into ownership the new "Ivory" construction is going to be in our face completely in our hall and partially in our bedroom balcony. On escalating this practice to the salesperson's manager, we received a stoic silence in response. 2) The project we are residing is far from complete but they have been in a tearing hurry to handover without for once empathizing on how living in a construction site will feel, day to day. 3) The Lobby. That Brigade deems the building fit for some of us to move in, we expected the lobby to befit the so-called standards from a known name like Brigade. But check out the picture to know what we come home to after a long day's work. 4) The Lift. The "residents'" lift doesn't function properly and it stays in the ground floor and is never available to use. 5) Basement Parking. I was horrified to see the state of basement parking. Brigade wants to restrict us from keeping anything outside our homes but please see pictures of how the parking is. There are a lot of rodent issues which is causing mechanical issues to our vehicles. We for one have incurred to the excess of Rs 35k for fixing the car wires chewed away among other issues. 6) Amenities displayed. Brigade promises more than 140 amenities when you visit initially but never do they tell you that you will have to pay for using them. The clubhouse promised for "Juniper" won't be ready for atleast 2 years from now and Brigade said we can use the Signature Clubhouse without paying any charges until such time. THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. We need to pay 2+ Lakhs as lifetime membership OR a yearly fee of nearly Rs 15k to use the amenities such as gym, swimming pool, games, etc. The funny part is with their rigidity - where only either owners' parents can be members and not one of both. 7) Not to mention the constant noise and dust pollution right in-front of our building which continues well into the night and when it extends beyond hours it is only "informed" to us in the last minute and no "permission" is sought. Though all of this has been escalated several times, Brigade Management we feel is flying too high to even hear/act on this. There has been complete apathy. I will suggest future buyers to speak with local residents to decide if they will want to invest their time and money here. Note: Will update review if we witness any changes.
