Worst customer experience. Due to staff shortage the waiting time is hell long. It took around 2 hours for them to start the work. You need to be around the vehicle always, other wise they won't start any work.

They tried to scam me by saying my 3 tyres are bent and said that it would affect my bearing. Be careful while dealing with them. Always go for a 2nd opinion.

Professionals for alignment, balancing of wheels since years! Additionally pollution certificate and car ac repair, filling..etc can be availed from here... It's always better to do the same from the experts.

I visited this place a couple of times during my stay at calicut. The main positive thing I noticed is that they have lots of technicians who are knowledgeable and experienced. So even if you go there at a moderately busy time, the service will be quick and professional. I had done several works including AC gas top up, puncture repair, all tyre replacement, alignment, balancing, and pollution test. The price of tyres are also similar and sometimes slightly better than other dealers. But always do your own research before choosing a tyre brand and spec. The only drawback I felt was the customer interaction can be improved, because though it was good, was not consistent at all times. I hope the management looks into this. But it was way better than many other dealers in calicut town, where I had terrible experiences.

I usually used to do all the tyre related works from here since a long time. But after my last visit, I'd enough from their staff! So nothing more or less, I'm done with their service. NB: NEVER EVER HANDOVER THE CAR TO THEIR STAFF FOR TRIAL RUN UNLESS YOU ACCOMPANY THEM.
