My stay in this hotel was very memorable. I stayed here with my family. The staff is very helpful, cooperative and polite in their behaviour. Their service was remarkable and I would recommend this hotel for others as well.

Rooms are nice, staff is courteous and quite responsive. Only problem we had was with lift and hot water.
The day we went there, lift was not working. It took quite some time for them to fix it and their reception is at 7th floor. We had to inform them for hot water that it was not coming and they rectified the issue.
Hotel is near to the lift and Mall road so it's location is great.

This hotel is located at the best possible place, just opposite the lift at the mall road. Our stay has been very comfortable. The room no 117 has one of the best views as it gives a three side view of Shimla.
Positive Points First, Location is perfect, it has a Lift, rooms are tide and clean, there is an open space to sit on the rooftop, Pyramid Microbrewery at 7th Floor for beautiful evenings, courteous staff, a beautiful restaurant and delicious food to go with that.
Few suggestions, Bathrooms can have better ventilation with an exhaust fan (mechanical ventilation options are there), floor wiper should be placed in the bathroom.
The staff Behaviour was Not good. staff need to improve how to speak with the guest and need to be polite and humble always. specially the housekeeping. I was booked a duplex room online so i got room without view and the size of room are very small.the room bed sheet are torn and a-lots of stain on duvet covers so the Front office guys offered me to change the bed-sheet without any apologise. later the Housekeeping came and loudly saying to my wife they need to be change the bed-sheet. later i will pay and upgrade the room to superior. Room view was awesome but the sofa are worm out and there is no hot water in the morning time after 1 hrs will get hot water. its my humble request too you guys please be polite to the guest.
We stayed here for 4 nights. Choosing this hotel was the best decision as everything here was perfect. The staff is so so sweet. They seriously are very humble and talk very sweetly. People might say it is over-priced but if you go check other properties nearby this is one of the best, actually worth the money. Besides, they have a roof for perfect pictures. You'll get the best view here (Sunset). Moreover, this place is on the mall road so you do not need to spend anything on commuting to visit key locations on mall road. I had the best staying experience here. And just can't emphasize enough how sweet the entire staff was. @Mr. Thakur - you have got the best staff to rely on. Night view is amazing where you have a roop point for having dinner or lunch.

Booked deluxe room with a view but they(staff) assigned room with no view.
And the room was smelly and felt like the room were open only for us after months. Not recommended.
