The visit was horrible! Cockroach in the milkshake (see the photo attached, we took the entire video of it too with the shop) it was no surprise after we went for Hand-wash (which is kitchen sink with dirty dishes in downstairs area and it is in their food making area, It's so unhygienic if you don't believe please go and check it.) We didn't complaint thinking they will come and apologise for the incident, But they didn't even have a hint of regret on their face! Furthermore, Spicy cheesy Garlic bread was the show stopper as that was literally when we stopped having food and left! It used to be a good place many years back,but now after seeing their food making area I'm never coming back nor are so many of my friends and family who used to come. There is one more review of Nirali about the same incident long back of cockroaches! I wouldn't have posted this if they had come and said sorry even once,though they did replace it with a new milkshake(I guess)
Ambiance = 9/10 Taste = 6.5/10 Service = 6/10
A little bit expensive but overall very good. I ordered capachino here which was good. atmosphere is also good. I enjoyed my time here
My overall experience is good We ordered two things one was cold coffee and other was KitKat shake. Coffee was very good and KitKat shake was okok. I was there with girl and most of the staff was staring at us and that was only thing which i didn't like.

One of the worst experience here... There were table and chairs not clean and messy. They arranging different menus at every table. Prices were differ in every menus, not same. Which was not reliable. Second thing, serving quality by them were not good as we paying. Means, quality not good as per rate. Quality of Cold coffee of price Rs.130 same as Rs. 20. Really, that was terrible. Such a waste of time and money...

Always a perfect moment whenever i had to visit it to be honest. I guess I'm just lucky that whenever i visit there's hardly anyone to disturb my peace with my cappuccino with either a burger or the simple veg sandwich. Tbh never tried any else than this but i guess i've settled to this comfort of a simple coffee and simple snacks at this place. Refreshing, comforting, peace peaceful.both food and place and ofcourse the server too seemed happy and enthusiastic to serve his host. Felt happy and good.
