Brew Lounge Cafe - Cafe in Patiala - Patiala, India

My recent visits to Brew Lounge Cafe have left me deeply disappointed, and I feel compelled to share my experiences with others. While I initially had hope that this place would become a wonderful hangout, it has, unfortunately, lost its reputation over the past few months. The most recent incident that left me frustrated occurred the other day when we placed our orders and ended up waiting for approximately an hour. When we inquired about the delay, we were informed that the buns for our ordered burgers were still on their way. Waiting for buns for an hour is simply unacceptable and shows a significant lack of planning and organization. On several other occasions, I noticed signs of cost-cutting measures that negatively impacted the overall dining experience. The cafe replaced the quality ketchup they used to serve with a regional brand, which was noticeably inferior. Another instance of mismanagement was when the staff informed us that their chef had gone home for the day. This lack of consistency and reliability in the kitchen is a big red flag for any restaurant or cafe. Yesterday's visit was the final straw for me. To my disbelief, Brew Lounge Cafe didn't even have patties available for their burgers. How can a cafe that promotes itself as a place for quality food run out of a fundamental ingredient for one of its most popular menu items? The otential patrons must think twice before considering this place for their hangout.

I have been their regular customer if you like barista or Starbucks coffee you must try them once and you will not be disappointed. The place has great ambience generally crowded on weekends but one must plan and visit this atleast once if you are in and around patiala. There are issues related to parking near the outlet during weekends but a skilled driver will surely find a spot. The place offer a variety of cuisine and recently introduced Indian cuisine also in their menu which is great for those who love Indian starters and main course. Choice of songs is great and owner is very welcoming also ready to accept suggestions and improve on services offered by them. Small get togethers can always be organised at their outlet without any hastle and they will take care of everything for you starting from decor to menu and serving.

Great food. Nice ambience. Music was good. Polite staff. Place is not easy to locate. (near Bombay Pav Bhaji shop) Must Try - Ratatouille, Sandwiches, Chilli Garlic Noodles, Burnt Garlic Rice Food quality has remained good over time.

Taste: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Value for money: 4/5 Probably the most wholesome restaurant I have been to in Patiala. I visited this place last weekend with a friend. It is located under the 22 no phatak bridge right next to Verma Bakery. They offered us 3 different menus, regular food menu, the shakes menu and the new Indian tandoor menu. They serve a variety of cuisines at a reasonable price. I was really hesitant to try seafood in Patiala but I think I've found my safe bet here. I ordered Chinese Bhel from oriental veg appetizers and a fish steak for main course. One can also request custom ordered drinks like I asked for a pomegranate mojito. Both presentation and taste are of utmost importance for me and they nailed it in every aspect. All the elements of the plate were placed well in harmony and look beautiful. The pomegranate mojito made with fresh pomegranate juice and 7-Up. In conclusion, definitely a place worth try. Be it a date or a family affair, do visit this awesome wholesome restaurant.

*Food is really good quality wise as well as quantity. *Good ambiance *Excellent service I ordered dim sums(momos), peri peri chicken burger and their freak shakes(strawberry and nutella). Only the burger was not satisfying but other food items were exceptionally good. P.S. music is not good.

Nice place to hangout. Food quality is awesome and menu is quite interesting. Ambiance is nice and sitting is comfortable. Cookies are tasty and looking forward for more healthy options in bakery and other upcoming food items.

Awesome place for get to gather for your smal family function or any small party for i.e. birthday, encouragement or as you wish that is amazing place with right treatment of service for your near and dears you will be enjoy the hole movement there

Had Oriental sizzler, was too oily. Infact ordered continental sizzler, but somehow got wrong one at the table even when there was only one table to serve in cafe. Sizzlers no doubt have oily veggies, noodles but they should not interfere with taste, but they provide something extra, as if things were again dipped in oil after cooking. Bad cooking. You might get better prepared noodles at a roadside cart. Veg Manchurian was definitely few days old. Was oily and very bad at taste. Infact, respect for sizzler restored somewhat. Although, day was saved by nicely prepared cold coffee, you can customize as per your taste preference.
