Worst experience for us...staff behavior is fully money oriented. Don't spoil anybody's trip by booking these kind of hotels. We booked a family room for a long back with less amount, but the staffs are compelling us to cancel the booking in nearing holidays for re-selling to higher price to some one else. Pls Dont book anybody!!!
The rooms are below par. Service is not there. Nobody responds for anything. TV doesn't switch on. Simply kept for show. They dont provide soap, towel or anything. They charged rs 5000 for one day. When asked why so much high price, they say bcos of season.
It's an average level residency and I felt just Ok ok with the rooms. Same rated rooms are not provided with all facilities. Some rooms have almira and some don't. Each room have different curtains, variable sized bed, different TV etc. Washrooms are average, not well cleaned. All things rated average.
Quality not good. Not recommend. Zero maintenance. Delux bedrooms bed are like normal single bed room.
Really had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Any time we wanted room service for anything from dining to cleaning they were prompt and helpful. Food was excellent.. The place has a nice family/community feel. Warm and friendly evening bonfire experiences. The fire dancers are infectiously energetic and fun to dance with. A great place to come with your entire family.

The rooms are not worth the level for the money. Please do not believe the residency based on the pics on Google. The maintainance of the room and it's smell is not good. The bathroom and toilet is not properly maintained and is in worst condition .i.e is not even properly mounted to the tile surface. Please do not prefer this.
BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK I had booked rooms at this accomodation. The same day the owner KANMANI RAJA called me and demanded a prepayment of 1000 rupees. I paid right away and he didn't send me an invoice or any proof that my reservation was confirmed other than a simple text on WhatsApp. Later, I contacted him requested to change my dates. The owner KANMANI RAJA started to behave very rudely. He didn't even care to listen and give a considerate reply. He talked in a rude manner and ended calls just like that so I had to keep calling him again and again to get appropriate details for which he yelled at me saying I'm disturbing him. He just went on using abusive words and said he won't do anything to assist me. Due to his inappropriate behaviour i couldn't trust him and cancelled the booking. When I asked for a refund he again yelled and used abusive terms. He told he won't refund the amount and threatened the same. He told to do whatever I can do but won't get the refund. He yelled at me saying not to disturb him one more time saying I'll have to face consequences but i was pleading him to help me with the refund. I'm posting this review after one and half months. I've been trying to contact KANMANI RAJA through texts and call but he's just ignoring. He's a fraud who has taken my money and curse his business

If you want a pleasant mindset. This is the best. 32 KM Ride but the road has a single lane. So drive carefully. Note: Better have food before the ride. No shops facilities in 32KM loop.
