Disappointed - Room was very average with dirty pillow covers, which was changed upon request & yet it looked dirty. The staff (one at the reception & one from housekeeping) was trying to be very polite & humble & tried to help it out, but hotel lacked good amenities & not so well maintained. Internet was pathetic. no smart TV, which is very common in today's time wherever I have visited in the last 1 year at least. DTH was not working given some loose connection, which initially I thought might be due to weather as it was raining, but even after the weather was back to normal & when I approached staff, I was told again climate issue & DTH is not working for everyone at hotel. Later, I went to another hotel opposite to this & checked out with them & DTH was working fine & later the hotel staff checked it again & rectified it after 5 hours of me checking in into the hotel. To be honest, not worth of money as I could have booked other hotel along with breakfast as I booked this hotel without breakfast just for a stay.

Located just off the highway. Suitable for travellers for business seeking overnight stay. The room is comfortable and well kept. Restaurant closes a bit earlier so one must have food and come if coming late. Though the staff at reception at night is helpful enough to arrange food from outside hotel. Overall a pleasing stay. The location of this transit hotel is good. Near Kempagowda International airport in Bengaluru. About 20 mins drive The cost of room is also good so makes this an reasonable option for transit. The inhouse restaurant is not functional but they do have room service. The roti and Kolapuri chicken was good. There is limited space in front of the hotel to park vehicles but transit passengers are probably not driving in Bengaluru. The front desk is helpful. The room is spacious. They had a small balcony too. The bedsheets are clean but have become very old. Need replacement soon. The comforter was good. The view from my window was greenery but there was continuous big vehicles (ex: bus, trucks) till 11 pm. The outside noise subsided after 11 pm. The wifi was not very fast but manageable for reading emails, news etc. Overall a reasonable option to stay near the Bengaluru airport for 1 night.

Stay was average. Dinner from Raspberry hotel was pathetic everything cold and stale though in-house breakfast was way far better. Good for airport transit as it is 15 min drive. The bedsheets and blankets were unclean.

We visit this hotel at once, to spend a weekend in Bengaluru . Its always been a great experience . The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The 'raspberry restaurant' is also good, It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.

The hotel is extremely good. Had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help. Excellent service oriented staff. The rooms were neat and clean. Very pleasing interiors. The food taste was average and could be slightly better. While checking out, I was not getting any Uber cabs because all cabs were refusing to come to the airport, the reception staff went out of the way to arrange a car for me to the airport and I was able to take my flight only because of their help.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay near to airport. As It is very close to airport, it would only take 20 minutes to reach there. I booked through Yatra app. Rooms have all the amenities. The best part I like most is their employees and services. They are quick to respond. They arrange airport transfer if you required. I stayed there on October 2021 for my BLR airport travel as my flight was at midnight. Nearby restaurants gives room parcel service on call or otherwise you could choose their own restaurant.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff is very courteous, cleanliness is superb and the property is also very well maintained. The rooms included a kitchenette, had a small fridge, had locker facility, hair drier etc. Another main advantage is its proximity to the airport and it's convenient location. The zoomcar parking is barely 4km from the hotel so pick up and drop of zoomcar is also convenient. The hotel has a small restaurant too which serves good food. I would highly recommend this hotel.
