Average Rooms. It was over priced for that fecility they provided. I took a room for nearby shooting purpose , I reached there early morning a staff was there , their service is good , clean room. But my rooms shower pipe was leaking. Small parking area besides the building, and its main main entrance is narrow so it's difficult to drive a car there, so it's better to use their parking area. And also parking area is not visible from the main road ...
Cost effective lodge, for stay and business purposes
Just opposite to Ottappalam Police Station, the rooms are amongst an area of offices of Notaries and Lawyers. Rooms are affordable starting from Rs600 for single bed upto Rs1200 for AC room. Personally I have stayed here twice and had taken the Rs600 rooms. Rooms are very nicely maintained including single cot, a table, a large mirror and the 2nd time even had a clothes hanger. Bathroom is bit smaller compared to the room but does the job. Clean and neat. Overall, very affordable place at a walkable distance from Ottappalam railway station as well as the bus stand...

Price for DOUBLE BED ROOM Rs.600 per day. Expect what you can get from a low budget lodge then you will be satisfied. Nominal price. Near to railway station. There is police station too near by. Will recommend only for males as bathroom is small.
Perfect for a one day stay for bachelors. Very near to the railway station and the main ottappalam hub and private bus stand.
Good place to stay in budget. its just opposite to ottapalam police station. Deluxe room is recommended.. Parking available Very safe location
For short stay it can recommend. Secure area. Just opposite of police station and court. Just 1minute walkable from railway station. 1minute walk to bus station. Neat and Clean. Calm and quiet.

Ottapalam Residency
Wonderful place to stay... but limited parking facility. If there is no space to park your car, then you have to park it outside on the main road. Service is good. Breakfast and Lunch was served with good taste. Value for money.
