This is the place to go in Goa!! I spent a day with Yosh for an Ayurvedic retreat. The yoga class was intense, yet gentle and pushed me to the limits without pain, exploring my body's limitations in a safe, monitored environment. We moved onto an ice bath where guided breathing helped prepare us for the 3 minute plunge. The Ayurvedic consultation and following massage capped off the day sprinkled with an amazing breakfast and lunch prepared for us -- all at an incredibly reasonable price. I can't recommend this gem enough!!l
Yashaswani ji met me for the first time in W hotel Goa . There for just one day she taught me whimhof breathing and many breathwork and that one day learning attached me with her with online personal classes and really it's doing great for me .Really Thankful to her.
Yoga at Breathe is something you just cannot miss when in Goa. Located in a convenient location in Vagator, Yashaswini has create a sanctuary of calm. Her kindness and expertise makes her classes a fantastic experience. Pleas do visit, and try a class and an ice bath!
Beyogabound it is not just about doing yoga it is the most holistic way to do it, Yashu puts in a lot of effort to teach you the best way to do each and every posture, here it is not just about teaching or making you do asana it is more about "how best your posture can be and how far you can push your self so you can get the best results". She has years of experience and is the best teacher out there to teach you and help you with your ailments and issues that your body is going through. I highly recommend this place!!!
Amazing class! Yashaswini was a great teacher. We were on vacation, and took two classes, both were so different and interesting. The first one was a very relaxing, stretching and mediation practice. We tried iyengar yoga the second time followed by mini aerial yoga sesh with sashes and my boyfriend did an ice bath after with a guided wim hoff breathing session prior. Totally recommend! Had so much fun and learned a lot!
