Terrible experience....I booked home collection of sample for my mother. First of all the lady coming for collection, was not good with maps, and created a fuss in locating the address. This is still negotiable. But coming to receiving of reports it was a horrible experience. The lady assured me that she will be sending the hard copies of the report in the second half. I waited till 9 pm, but not getting any response I called her million times, but she didn't answer and blocked my number, I called the clinic also, but no response. My mother's chemo was scheduled early morning and I was not having reports in hand.The chemo was not able to start and doctors had to wait long for the reports. I called several times, for the report. I received the report much later, and I couldn't find some tests value, again I have to keep waiting until they edited n sent me. Where is professionalism? Why do we have to keep running after the reports, do they accept any delay from our side in payment? NO...than why we should? A big NO to this place..."visit at ur own risk"

I have been to this clinic with some gastric related issues Consulted Doctor Anjan Saikia. Had to go through Colonoscopy the washroom is pathetic it's like a hot chamber pateints will faint inside due to heat.. Senior citizens cannot visit this place as it's in the third floor. Wanted to take my mother who is a Senior Citizen with multiple issues like arthritis, COPD and liver cirhossis. This place is very close to our house and easily accessible but bad luck there is no lift. Rest

Thanks to Dr Smitakshi Medhi. My mother was suffering from pulmonary issues for a long time. But now she is perfectly alright. All credit goes to Dr Smitakshi Medhi. Also the staff are very helpful .

A good part is from getting Dr 's appointment to further checkups , the patient don't wait for long hours to get the things done. It's well curated & managed by the competent management team .A friendly atmosphere .******further suggest that if facilities for X-rays etc are accommodated within the complex would be very beneficial for the clients

It's a newly opened hospital . I took my mother for vaccination today . It was a smooth process , very professional and systematic. Crowd was maintained well and operated as per the given slots which avoided too many people at the same time . Hospital is clean . And covid protocols followed well . It was a hassle free process for me as I was worried about the waiting time and risk of overcrowd . Good job ! Please don't loose the momentum

It is the best place for treatment online/offline in Guwahati. Me and my father both were suffering from corona and post covid effects. Luckily I got their number from Google and consulted Dr smitakshi medhi. She saved me and my father both in such critical situation. I am so greatfull to Breath clinic and specially Dr smitakshi medhi ma'am, she is goddess to me. Apart from that all receptionist and staff's behavior is very nice. Thanks again. I'm re rating your clinic as per your request because the doctor i consulted with is really good, staff providing service during this pandemic is outstanding but provide what the patients expect from your rating because I'm also one of them who came to your clinic after looking at the ratings and reviews. Just understand the term urgent if the patient says so and give priority and stand by your commitment .
