Very Bad Experience i had approached their staff to exchange my Porsche but there is no initiative from their side even after continuous efforts from my side contacting them.

I had a bad experience in the purchase of my car from BRD Luxe Thrissur. The sales executive mentioned that BRD provides warranty for the car, so I paid extra amount for the same. If any complaints that happen within the warranty period, I can claim this warranty and get it fixed from the authorised showroom. Before the purchase of the car I did a vehicle inspection and found out that there was issues with suspension and engine mount. I was told that all such issues will be resolved and corrected before the delivery of the car. After driving for 6000km the engine mount broke, which confirms that the issues was not rectified before car delivery by BRD luxe. One of the BRD technician visited my place and verified the same. The salesperson whom I purchased the car from, booked an appointment with service center and confirmed that he will look after the issues and rectify it. The salesperson did call the service center directly and asked to start the work. Based on the confirmation the service center started their work. After the work, the payment was getting delayed and I did visit the BRD showroom. I was told by BRD luxe branch head that this was a miscommunication from the sales person. And BRD do not have any liabilities with us on this. He was also claiming that the car that I purchased did not have warranty. But I was cheated because I paid extra amount for warranty during the purchase of the car. If anyone is planning to buy a car ensure you don't pay the full amount until you get the papers for warranty. I was told that I will get the warranty papers after 1week from delivery. Please don't fall on this trap again like I did.

This showroom deserves 10 stars. Amazing collection , awesome people. The way the deal with the requirements are beyond words. They cleared all my confusions .
