Its a comparatively small showroom. Very limited parking space for customers with vehicles. Staffs are really well mannered. They give right suggestions and recommendations for the ad ons to the car you are buying and try to get them for great deals. All in all it is a great dealership.

good faculties.i had an issue with my car ,it service engineer checked the vehicle and fixed it within 1 hour. i good part is that it they have a customer waiting lounge, so while waiting we can comfortably sit on the sofa and watch tv with air conditioning.drinking water and washroom facility are also provided.

I just had a aauto blinking problem in my car ,They just told me to change battery which cost arount 7000 rs, they didn't even check it properly after that I just show to a local mechanic he just fix with just cost of 100.i just lost my trust in brd

Poor quality paint job, freshly painted body parts was full of swirl marks. When enquired, got a strange reply that customers should expect only 90% quality compared to paint quality of fresh car!!! Probably, they are not following the standatd procedures at paint booth. The car was first delivered with a greenish patch on freshly painted bonnet as the painting was not even, exposing undercoat partially. If there was a proper quality check, these type of poor workmanship could have been avoided. Maruthi should consider putting a disclaimer to all prospective customer that paint job if done at its authorized service stations will be of inferior quality.
