I had an excellent experience at this service center. On a Sunday morning. I was on my way back to Bangalore and had dropped in at this place to get an unexpected issue checked. Was blown away by the service provided by Mr. Krishnakumar and Mr. Sreejit- they were really quick in identifying the issue, did a couple of test drives on the highway to make sure it's resolved, and returned my car in around 30mins . Inspite of attending to my adhoc request on priority, what awestruck me was that they didn't charge a single penny for this work, which was quite unbelievable in this day and age. Hands down one of my very best experiences at a Maruti service center. Thanks a ton Krishnakumar and Sreejit, and Mr. Roshan for the timely help.

Good service ,near erattakulam signal on left side towards thrissur best service and technicians are also best , recommended for highway emergency repairs and services while travel . And also recommend for ordinary services for people nearby alathur nemmara and vadakkanchery, easily accessible to bus stop as erattakulam signal 200 m away from it
