Surely over crowded and under equipped on peak times...u will have to wait like on raashan ki Dukan for exercise after paying nearly thirty thousand (30000) a year..Look carefully the amount...I will get out soon after my 6 month done..and wouldn't recommend to anyone....no special equipment as well u will get the same in any gym around..

All the trainers are good with good knowledge of what they are practicing. They also had a small cafe for some healthy drinks and smoothies. Overall a good option for healthy workout.
