Do Not know how to Behave to customers First they Told a Price and Then They Changed the Price to a Higher price when they understood we liked the Product

I am writing this review for the friendly behaviour and hospitality of the staff members while we there. They are ready to listen to the customer and customise according to their needs and budget. Highly recommend!

Had the worst experience ever from a shop in Calicut. Pettikood polathe kadayum lulu mallile rulsum. We bought a 4 shawls worth of 1400 from the dupatta store just opposite to bridal hub store which is their own store. After 2 days exchanged 1 shawl which they agreed. They don't accept refund and the exchange should be of same value or more. And the shawl which we selected was of 350 and we exchanged and bought a shawl of 299 and the store person said he can't refund that 51 rs. Even after making a big purchase and exchanging the item still he is saying to buy something of same value or more. He is not ready to give that 50 rs. Even today it's with him. Seeing the store size and look every one will be like these rules even the branded stores won't follow. I strongly recommend not to visit the store. If at all visiting don't even think about exchanging the product or refund.. It's a business trap.

They have unique pieces of bridal dress but you get a very limited choices. They dont show you models and designs. But you can have your ideas and dress stiched there in an average rate. Best for islamic bridals. And less choice for other religions. But they have collection of other designs for the party wear and other stuffs..

Excellent customer service. Also their designs are so damn good. One of the best bridal hubs in calicut

what I felt was help, they was very friendly and has helped me find the right outfit for my wife for her birthday.

I had a wonderful experience at Brand lady. Wonderful staff, loved the collection.
