Good shopping experience. But they don't know how to manage the offers and customers. Last month they charged for entry, but they said entry time is over. Please take a chance to clear these kind of issues. Except that every thing is good,like offers, maintenance also good.

I have taken lee navy blue colour leather jacket on 26/7/19 which started getting cracks after 2 months but today after 5 months complete jacket got cracks as it was branded and costly also it should not be ruined but unfortunately it was ruined by itself I have used that jacket 2 to 3 times hardly I think it was old stock sold to me by brand factory I request the brand factory authority or head of the company to give me replacement or return of jacket and today I have not satisfied with customer service care
Surprisingly I was able to find what I was looking for. However, they didn't had the perfect size. Had to visit another brand factory! They helped me with the place where would I find the perfect size and yo. I did. They informed that these sales have limited stocks and sizes available so they I had to go another branch.
