The Doctors are really great. Dr. RAHUL PRASAD has been treating my family for a long time and we are more than satisfied with his treatment. But the receptionist is quite arrogant less helpful. It would really be good for him to change his attitude. And once again the Doctors are very much worthy to rely on.

Few years back one of my close relative went through a surgery By DR. NEELAKSHI (ENT) AND She spoiled her surgery and kept saying everything is fine, she went to other ENTS because she was still facing issues with hearing and they all said the surgery went wrong " all ents around INDIA" and now she is suffering, highly not recommended. I m not able to reply so I m editing my review. she wanted to review but her reviews are being deleted and may be mine will be deleted soon Patient name: Sweta Jain This is her review : Patient Name : Sweta Jain I used to fly frequently, but if I got cold, my ear used to hurt when I touched down. I could fly, advised Dr. Neelakshi, and she proposed inserting grommets. I took a flight a month after the grommets were placed, and the discomfort was intolerable. I found out the grommet is plugged after consulting with another doctor in the place where I had just arrived. I told Dr. Neelakshi, and she stated it's really uncommon. I had surgery in 2020, and since then I am unable to fly. I used to be unable to fly when I had a cold, at least, but now I am completely incapable of doing so. I continued to contact her on several occasions, but she would usually recommend a nasal drop, tell me there was no problem, and advise me to have another grommet inserted. Just imagine? I blame her for the fact that I can't fly today. I wish she would one day understand how wrong she is and what she has done to my ears. I'm writing this review to prevent anyone else from suffering the same loss that I did. Before having any procedures, please study the surgeon to avoid ending up like I did.

Most 3 rd class dr I have seen, totally wrong treatment my sister.
