'Brahmpuri Picnic Point' is one of the smallest but the most beautiful garden located in Shukrawar Peth, Kolhapur. It is very nearer to 'Shivaji Pul'. In this garden there are two beautiful points, from these points we can see nice view of the flow of river 'Panchganga'. Also at the evening time we can see beautiful Sunset from these points. It is a good place to hangouts with family or friends, kids can also enjoy a lot here.

Brahmpuri picnic point gives you the wide view of Panchaganga. It has graden and footway to walk around. It has an open gym. The park closes at 8 pm. It's between Panchaganga ghat and SShivajii bridge. A well maintained park to spend leisure time.

At brahmpuri view point, widely spread river bed of Panchganga looks picturesqe in the evening at the time of sunset. At Brahmapuri picnic point, Kolhapur Municipal Corporation has developed a small garden. In earlier times, a well developed town existed in this region. During excavations, many things as old as 2500 to 3000 years were found here. They have been preserved & displayed in the Town Hall Museum.

Best location to view sun set from KMC garden. Panchaganga ghat is to visit in morning and evening. It has historic temples in the river bank. Tripurari poornima deepotsav is a must watch but need to come late night or very early morning.
