This is not really a tourist spot, more like a landmark in middle of city. This is the point beyond which Uber and Ola cabs won't go of you are planning for City palace. After crossing this gate you run into bridge over lake pichola.

Big road car can enter , easy route to old city , but car will not be able to go beyond a point , so can take an auto or walk from here

Grace of Udaipur is here. If you want to see wall city, then this is the right place. Ultimate view of Lake Picholla along with ghats are just 100 mts from here. Heritage city is very conjusted but beautiful. I love my city and feel proud to be here on all fairs and festivals.

Brahmpole means area where brahmins used to live name and title given by maharana of mewar in 17th century .The gate was build when whole area of this old town was given to brahmins , and this gate was used to closed in night in that time and it shared the towns boundary with forest on the other side . But you know its human everywhere so only we left a beautiful peace of architecture .
