There are 2 roads to the place. The one shown in Google Maps is a kutcha one, with rough patches and an adventurous one. And the 2nd one is a much better road, a bit longer route though. But the scenic beauty on both sides of the road is simply mesmerizing and will not bore you for a single second . You will need the help of the locals for this path. And be aware of the bridge over the Burabalang River. It's the most crucial point. Form there onwards the better road starts. But once you get to the place, it'll surely leave you speechless
The place is fabulous and charming, this place is good for weekends tour but don't rely upon the google map to reach this place rather try to get help from local to reach the fascinating place.
Beautiful... Wonderful... Peaceful...I am Speechless ...Just I request to all visit once
A small water fall at a very secluded place . Road condition very poor at many places. Had to ask the locals for directions during our drive from Bangriposi ( 35 km approx ). The reservoir of the fall is full of fishes . Locals consider it as a sacred place. Nice rustic surrounding can be enjoyed once reached.
Very beautiful and divine place. One thing should be noted, that the entry point of Brahmanakunda is a bit further away from where google location showed it. You have to go more than 250 meter again to reach the destination. And one more please keep the place clean.
The waterfall itself is very picturesque and beautiful. You'll find sardines and Koi fishes swimming and the water is crystal clear Only one note to my fellow travellers, if you are coming from Bangriposi by car, please avoid google suggested route. The road is totally kuchha here and there is construction of overbridge going on at a place when is 9 kms away from the waterfall (when coming from Bangriposi ) and your car may be damaged! Instead come via Kusumbandha, straight. It will be 6-7 kms more travelling but you'll enjoy the route and a smooth drive. Ask the locals to get a good guidance.
From Similipal one have travel near about 26 kms through local village areas to reach Brahmankund. Quiet place, entry fee for bike is 10/- n car is 20/-. A small water body surrounded by boulders with a small waterfall and Shiva Mandir.
The place is almost beautiful but sometimes family members including girls are feeling uncomfortable due to some drunk person assembled in the site of waterfall. Otherwise the nature is amazing.
