I had the most amazing experience when I went to Brahmasarovar in Kurukshetra. The quiet sarovar provides the ideal atmosphere for reflection and spirituality because of its tidy and serene surroundings. The sarovar's exquisite temple adds to its allure and makes it a must-see place for everyone looking to develop a closer relationship with their faith. Don't forget to check out the neighboring Birla Mandir as well, which has peaceful surroundings and breathtaking vistas. All things considered, Brahmasarovar is a serene and lovely location that ought to be on any traveler's Kurukshetra itinerary.
Note: please avoid visiting the place in broad daylight, especially in summer, it's too hot to enjoy the beauty of this place, either visit early morning or evening It's a beautiful place, clean sarovar with fishes. U may take a bath here but no soaps/oil/shampoo to be used at all. There are 2 pond separated by a straight connecting road. In the middle there is a beautiful park, where point of attraction is the beautiful Krishna Arjun idol from the Gita Saar #HareKrishna
*One of the Best place to be visited in Kurukshetra. *This has Asia's biggest pond. *My experience was too amazing but the best time to visit will be September to March or at the time when Mela is organised. *One can take bath in sarovar. *This holy place has witnessed so many things which can't be described here, so it's better to go and experience. *Witnessed Aarti at 7.30PM. * Try to go afternoon so that you can rome around and see aarti afterwards. * If you are planning to stay nearby I'll recommed JD Hotel which is reasonable and much more better and any dharamshala there. *Washrooms, dustbins, WaterCoolers, Parking and many more amenities are easily available.
Divine lake. Needs more cleanliness at the shores though. Proper management by committee might help.
Bhram sarovar is the largest man made lake , in hindu mythology bhram dev made this , this is believed that people who take bath here will gone away from all his/her sins One of the main attraction is sarveshwar mahadev mandir in the middle of the sarovar situation above the water level. Very peaceful place, good for people who have spritual minds and wants to live like that, usually very crowded place, Just 1.8 km away from railway station Rs 20 is normal fair for auto from railway to sarovar , if you are going, enjoy your trip , happy journey

A very holy place in Kurukshetra for peace of mind and to rejuvenate yourself. There are many depictions here related to Mahabharata in different forms such as, Statues and murals. There are many different Ghats here to take bath for internal and external purity. This beautiful water tank, Brahma Sarovar, is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Lord Brahma created the universe from this land. The Sarovar comes to life in winters when birds migrate from faraway places to take a dip in these waters. This beautiful tank bears a shining look during the 'Deep Daan' and 'Aarti' on the occasion of Gita jayanti in late November and early December.
