Dr Rupesh ( Pediatrics doctor) doesn't care about child's health. He's just making money by cancelling appointment coz appointment fees we've to pay in advance. He's very rude and arrogant not like a professional pediatrics doctor. If you're a pediatrics then doctor should be very careful for little child's who is just 1 month old but no he doesn't care about little babies even. Patients have to wait for him like OPD time starts at 9am but he comes to hospital at 10:40am . We complained to MS for appointment cancellation but they said we can't do anything he's done same thing with many parents already. No one can do anything coz we've single doctor in morning. He doesn't care about child's health because that'ss not his child who needs treatment. He's so mean, arrogant,rude. He just belive in cancelling appointment coz he's not suffering from baby's health issues, he's not paying OPD fees, travelling fees. He just wants parents to get another appointment like we've lots of money to just spend on his appointments. He'll cancel and we'll take another appointment. So it's better to find another hospital. This hospital is not recommendable. When hospital in charge can't do anything with your complaints if doctor is not treating you well then what it means to go to this kind of hospital. If there is any option for zero 0 rating, I'll give him zero 0 rating..

Disappointing Experience with Dr. S. K. Goyal at Brahm Shakti Hospital I recently had an unfortunate experience during my visit to Brahm Shakti Hospital, where I was attended to by Dr. S. K. Goyal. My visit was prompted by symptoms that included fever, cough, body pain, and elevated blood sugar levels. Firstly, I was deeply frustrated by Dr. Goyal's illegible handwriting on the prescription and instructions. It was nearly impossible to understand, and also didn't verbally explained the necessity of HBA1C blood test, this lack of clarity left me confused about my prescribed treatment plan. Furthermore, Dr. Goyal failed to communicate the necessity of an HbA1c blood test. As a patient, I believe it's crucial for medical professionals to provide clear explanations of recommended tests and procedures. Unfortunately, this essential step was overlooked during my visit. What truly disappointed me was Dr. Goyal's unprofessional behavior when I tried to address my concerns. Rather than showing understanding or offering an explanation, he responded rudely and dismissively. This resulted in a public humiliation when he requested the cancellation of my appointment and asked me to leave the examination room in front of other patients. A healthcare provider's demeanor and communication are as vital as their medical expertise. Dr. S. K. Goyal's behavior left me feeling disheartened and unheard, which is not the experience one expects from a healthcare professional. I hope my feedback will contribute to improvements in patient care at Brahm Shakti Hospital and that others do not encounter similar issues. Patients should be treated with respect, receive clear communication, and feel confident in their healthcare provider's care. In light of my experience, I would advise potential patients to consider their options carefully when seeking medical care from Dr. S. K. Goyal at Brahm Shakti Hospital.

My relative has been died in this hospital due to their bad care she was pregnant and on 26sep 2023 she has died due to their service and next day all staff was runed from the hospital they ask for 9 bottles of blood and after tha they again asked for 5 bottles of blood even my family members and her husband everyone was not allowed to meet her I want to rate this hospital0 but there is no option I will never prefer this hospital in my life

Doctors are never available on time. Patient always face delay in test and laboratory, ultrasound. Not clean. High room charges as per facilities

HONEST COMMENTS. READ CAREFULLY. 1. They do not care about patient. 2. Very poor management. 3. Life threatening hospital. 4. Either the patient will be referred to another hospital or he would die. 5. They are fraud people. The get targets for patients admissions and specially NICU child patients.
