I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Box 8 restaurant when I placed an online food order. To put it plainly, the experience was nothing short of a disaster. The first major issue was the quality of the food itself. When my order arrived, I was shocked to find that a significant portion of it was uncooked. It's not an exaggeration to say that this was the worst food I have ever received from a restaurant. It was not only inedible but also a potential health hazard. Moreover, the service I received was equally horrendous. The delivery was late, and when I contacted customer support to inquire about my order, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern. It felt like they simply didn't care about the inconvenience and frustration their customers were experiencing. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of Box 8 restaurant. I expected a certain level of quality and service when I placed my order, but what I received was far from acceptable. I would strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant if you value the quality of your food and expect even basic customer service. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and I won't be ordering from Box 8 again.

I had ordered desserts from this restaurant via Zomato. First surprise was that they came to deliver the food themselves. Second was the amazing taste and quality. I had ordered choco lava cake which was oozing with rich dark chocolate. Moong dal halwa, which was rich was ghee and cashews. Gulab jamun balls were decent enough. Third surprise was each and every food was warm even on a rainy night. Must try restaurant i say.

Do not support cloud kitchens like this. They sell processed and microwaved food under the guise of "home made" branding. Ordered some thalis here and it's very clear that it's processed and reheated. Stay away.

BOX8 One of the best delivery kitchen in Mumbai.. Packing is always neat and clean Yesterday I ordered my dinner from box8 . And their new addition to the menu i.e Gajar halwa had my heart . Coming to all the things I had... Murg Dum Biryani Chicken Mughlai Curry Anytime paneer Tikka Skewers Kadhai paneer Curry Moong Dal Ka Halwa Gajar Halwa Taste of food was awesome. I love box8 because the services is always quick and quality of the food is brilliant. ALLOVER 5/5

Box8 is a big time scammer. They don't pick the calls they mention one plus one but only send one box and keeps the delivery boy on stake.

Ok !ok! So here reviewing on your delivery which was made today.First of all , I appreciate the team of BOX8 for being concerned about the negative review I made earlier on one of the food delivered.It wasn't a bad food though, it just did not touch my palate.But, I cannot offend you this time ....SERIOUSLY, the food was yummulicious. I enjoyed the food throughly , uncounted number of chicken pieces in the biriyani. Thank you team , for the complimentary meal box .The packing was good as always. TO TOP IT ALL , OTHER BUSSINESS HOUSES SHOULD/ MUST LEARN THE AMAZING CUSTOMER RELATION U BUILT. CHEERS.ll

The photos in here actually doesn't really reffer the actual quality & quantity that they have been delivering. I have been ordering from Box8 from last few weeks. Testwise foods are sometimes appreciable, but they always compromise the quantity. As you could see none of the box in the container are full, even the rice they have provided is not enough to feed an adult.

Never going to order nor recommend anyone to order from Box8. Found insects in the food and upon calling the executives weren't ready to take the complaints saying nobody has ever complained about it. This is what a customer gets I believe in return- food full of insects.
