Food is good, with ontime delivery. They ample of combos and items on their menu, order can be placed from 3rd party or their native app. Value for money option. They provide great discounts the packaging was leak-proof. Overall a great place to order quick service the food was delivered within 21 minutes.
Poor Delivery Service. The box8 delivery agent delivering order in wrong address & when asked says please call Swiggy & raise refund. Is this is they way you deal with client ... Wasting time & money.
Ordered from Swiggy, Box says delivery in 28 minutes but took 45 minutes to deliver the food.

I am still recommending Box8 just because of their superb food and good customer service provided to me. On diwali night, I ordered mayo tikki wrap, shahi paneer biryani and chole chawal box. I am a vegetarian. They delivered chicken tikka biryani in shahi paneer biryani box to me. Rest of the two items were fine and very tasty. I raised a complaint but noone reached out to me. Its understandable as it was holiday. Two days later i had to call their number and asked for refund or correct veg biryani sent to me. They promptly agreed without any issues and I just got my shahi paneer biryani delivered today nov 10 . It was my first order with box8 as noone else was available due to holiday. Though they messed up my order big time i will continue to be their customer because of the way they handled my complaint and also because i have never eaten such a kickass biryani ever in my life.
You guys don't deserve one star. Really pathetic service Order a supreme Category cuisine from their mobile app and after one hour they deliver only half order. After continuous follow ups with the outlet and delivery boy they are not ready to deliver the remaining order as they are checking with the team from past 120 minutes. Atlast we ordered again, obviously not from them and returned the whole order. Never ordering again. Be aware guys from these frauds
Great outlet, always serve fresh just sit in home and order from Eat Club app and you will have your food at your doorstep with amazing coupons/ discounts.
