Ordered wraps, moong ka halwa and lemonade. Everything was great and the food was delivered very quickly (20 minutes).
For a change, I ordered meals from Box8. Got delivered within 20 minutes (17 minutes earlier than expected). Packing and Quality of food is very good. But if we compare the quantity with price, it was very less.
Order Confirmation - 6VL4U3 Feedback: 1. Pathetic experience. Waited for food for 118 minutes. All waste. 2. No response or notification from Box8 if the food material was out of stock already. I only had to start the probe and I was offered Biryani without fried onion topping. Seriously, did executive know difference between steamed rice and Biryani??? 3. Executive on chat was rude (check the chat history in your record). Did not even bother to acknowledge cancellation of the order. Just cancelled the order and went off (check chat history in your records). I only had to go back and found the order was cancelled. 4. Offered me free choco lava to compensate 2 hour delivery failure and finally denial by Box8.
It was my first experience with 8box.i was ordered for chicken Dum biryani.quality offiod was good bt quantity too less.rest all thing was remarkable.i would like to mention the special person Mr..ISHFAQ who was came for delivery my food the way of talking was real professional.thanks Mr.ishfaq for such a good nd professionally service. My advice to the restaurant the portion control u guys are doing it's ok bt the person who are expanding their money in food u should have take care of them also in the term of quality nd quantity both. Overall i recommend box8.
"Various Options and Best food" - Menu here is vast, all the food items that we ordered was tasty. Only drawback is quantity is lesser compared to other restaurants. However, this is set-off with the quality of the food.
