If delivering wrong products is an art, BOX8/Eat Club is the Picasso of it. This outlet is know for its carelessness and horrible service. There are few outlets for food which serve food that makes you feel like home. Box8 located at Powai definitely serves to please which is evident in its quality & quantity. The professional approach will definitely take it long way. I ordered for Pepper garlic chicken wings, chicken tikka churchur, very peri chicken wings, Teekha meetha chicken wings. All in all good value for time, money and energy. I definitely vouch for this place.

This is my second experience where they accept the order but dont deliver. Think before you pay. I ordered food from this outlet twice I was told over call that they are preparing my order I confirmed my address and they gave assurance but after half an hour this people call and states they have cancelled the order. Just to bring to your notice they can't cancel the order and they expect us to cancel so our cancellation charges gets deducted. Again it's a lengthy process to get our money back. Also, the quality of food is not good and they have hygiene issues. Visit the outlet kitchen you will know
Worst experience ever, delivered a non veg roll with a veg sign and name of the veg roll on it. This outlet should be shut down as there have been multiple reports of this mistake. Unacceptable carelessness by the staff. Should be sued to the ground
Very nice experience. The food was delicious. The Chicken biryani is highly recommended. The Butter Chicken & Butter Paneer are finger licking good. The also provide home delivery services in which their combos are worth your money. The service is also worth appreciation.
