I ordered Punjabi kadi pakoda rice box and it was pretty good. The packaging was nice. The taste was good. The food was served really hot. 1 star less because I felt the rice was a little undercooked and there were no pakodas in kadi. Hoping to see these improvements in my next order.

Box8 is a big time scammer. They don't pick the calls they mention one plus one but only send one box and keeps the delivery boy on stake.

I placed a Zomato order for a Rajma rice bowl from Box 8 for dinner. The very next day, I felt sick due to a stomach upset.
Absolutely pathetic food,ordered via zomato , we had to throw away the chole curry which had no chole in it, only masala and salt, the paratha is ready made half cooked paratha, worst service ever, kindly never order from here . Zomato also didn't help me in a satisfactory way, the food quality was so pathetic we paid for it and ended up wasting it.
I ordered a Dal Makhani meal at home. The order placing was hassle free and the meal was delivered within 20 minutes. The packing was enticing with 2 boxes. One with meal and the other with the parathas. It had 2 portions of dal makhani, salad, green chutney, brownie accompanied with rice. Dal makhani was creamy and delicious. It was a thick curry with black lentils which was creamy. The taste was spectacular. The salad had all the veggies mix including capsicum and corn. Rice was well cooked with coloured rice particles. The 2 parathas was appetizing. They were flaky and so well cooked like have the taste of their own. But the problem came when I started eating the paranthas . I found a hair stuck in between one of them. Founding a hair is a very big mistake in suppose. I immediately called box 8 and the meal was replaced. They listened to me and replaced it. But finding a hair really questions me on their making and stuff Though I had a bad experience.
