Worst delivery service. I ordered online from Swiggy and ordered was not delivered for more than an hour. They also don't pickup phone and Swiggy can't help because this guys manage their own delivery so Swiggy Zomato don't have any control in delivery. You either have to wait endlessly or cancel your order after more than 1 hour of wait. Please think twice before ordering from this outlet.

Pathetic Taste and Worst Quantity, Cost me 600 Rs for 2 mini meal which was average in taste and and the portion of it was very very less. Seriously Pathetic, not in my list from now, Store guys are not ready to take responsibility and asking to check customer service not, with them worst behaviour I have seen. BOX 8 Baner Branch. I would have purchased meal half the price with way better taste and These guys are looting people.

Must try fusion boxes.. there are various types of fusion boxes including rajma chawal fusion box, chole chawal fusion box, and also many types of paneer chawal fusion boxes. a fusion box comes with sufficient amount of good quality rice, one of the vegetables, yogurt, mint chutney and some salad including onions, capsicum and corn. It's just awesome, no words..!!!!! I have tried it several times.. I am a vegetarian so I know about only veg menu. Non veg options are also there and those are also pretty good as told by my friends who have tried it. Anyways just mention to provide sufficient mint chutney in notes.

The worst wrap I have ever seen in my life. It was raw, uncooked. It was full opened as I unwrapper the box. Avoid BOX8.

This is one the most unreliable place to order your food from. We have ordered about a thousand times from here as we had no options available around and EVERY SINGLE TIME we were bound to call the outlet manager cause they have always messed up with something. Every time we order something else and they send us something else. If we call their outlet they don't pick up their phones. If you really want to enjoy your meal never ever order from here you'll ruin your meal for sure .

my experience has worsened with box8 from the last few orders. it takes over an hour to deliver the order. we couldn't reach the manager or the delivery partner. there was no contact and we didn't have any updates on our order. overall i dont think I'll be ordering again from box8 in the near future.

Placed the order from eat club they did not even deliver and not picking up the call as well. No refund provided. Worst place. Never order from here

Worst service since 2020. Food quality is bad. Delivery executive always late, goes somewhere before delivering order. No way to talk manager. Box8 was good when launched, I rarely order from box8, twice in a year max.
