I used to be a frequent customer of Box8, but one thing has consistently disappointed me. It's not the first time this has happened, and today, once again, I received a stale paratha in my meal. Every time I order from them, I'm always worried about this issue, and today, I encountered the same problem - the paratha seemed like it had been cooked many hours ago.
It's an amazing place serving some authentic north indian delecies, food was hot when it arrived & was packed nicely, to my surprise taste was fabolus, loved the experience of ordering food from this place
I heard many good reviews about their delivery. So ordered their all-in-1 meal. It was exotic veg with paratha combo. I selected dal makhani along with it. The portion size was perfect for 1 person. I have also tried their desi boxes which are very delicious . They provide great service and the food is also very tasty .
Order dal makhani with paratha and moong dal ka hawla , very tasty ,service was good, but it was costly

I had ordered Rajma thali and have been a regular consumer for the same. But I received stale rajma and it was smelling bad and stomach ache started after taking a bite. But tried to contact the restaurant for the same, but they were not helping and refused to help. I will definitely report to consumer court for the same as not efforts on refund or giving new order was made. That is highly unprofessional as nobody care to resolve the issue. Would never recommend anyone to order from here as they are unsupportive for the problem. I would like to have my refund.
Roll and drink both were very tasty at very reasonable price. Loved it :)

Please do not go by look of the shop. It may be small but it's a dynamite. Try the sumptuous and super tasty starter treats. I went back after 7 years and taste is just same.
