Had ordered their desi box meal: malai kofta meal, It was worth the penny. The box had 5 blocks of malai kofta with grevy, rice with garlic yogurt and mint chutney. Grevy was flavourful and rich and kofta was delicious too. The order was delivered within 20mins to my location. Kudos EatClub!
I selected delivery and put in my address but it was changed to self pick up automatically and the manager refused to hear me out on what happened .
The raita was too salty and could not be consumed. The biryani was just very very hot rice which did not feel fresh and had lumps of masala in a corner which was overwhelming to eat . First time having a horrible experience with box 8 . I have been a regular customer and now I'm worried about ordering again
Their signature boxes (with the many accompaniments) and all-in-one meals have stellar taste. Their chicken desi openers are yumm! Always delivered in under twenty minutes (my latest order was in 15 minutes) and sometimes with compliments like Cornetto or cake.
Had ordered for Gajar ka halwa and moong dal ka halwa to satisfy our sugar/desert cravings. The delivery was on time and the person who delivered was courteous too. But the taste was just average and not that flavourful.
Worst deliveries ever, if you order today, they will deliver after 100000000 hrs. Never ever order and trust this fake restaurant
i am really impressed with the no-contact delivery feature introduced by box8. Ordering food has never been so stress free Dal makhni and butter chicken are my favorites and super delicious simply awesome.
