Ordered from Zomato. Received lesser quantity than what I paid for, ( rice missing, additional rajma missing ) Received refund for half the amount from zomato. Tried calling the restaurant, you have to know the last six digits of your order ready to type in to connect to the restaurant staff. When I spoke to the restaurant staff, he didn't listen and just hung up. So beware.

For a change we ordered from BOX8 today. We ordered for a veg meal and a Non-Veg meal. It was of four portions and each of the portion has three options that you can pick and choose from. The one we order in veg was lacha paratha, Channa masala, rajma masala, onion and dash of pudhina chutney and gajar ka halava. On the other hand instead of channa masala I ordered for chicken which was boneless. It was a decent sizeable with 3 paratha and decent quantity of spread too. When I say three option on each portion, you can take lacha paratha or rice or mix of both, like wise you have option on all it then. Costing for a veg box is 266 and for a non-veg box is 289. On the box you have option to reduce the spread so that even the cost reduces to an extent. They also run offers on every order.

I have ordered from this restaurant via Zomato. Delicious food taste was really very amazing. I have ordered Amritsari Chhole thali, they have sent a fine Portion of Chhole, one small portion of Dal Makhani and guys Dal Makhani was yumm 3 Paranthas , salad and mini Gulab 6 piece. That was enough for 1 person. My experience was really amazing. I just want to add some suggestions points which is like , If Box8 can do some changes like in Thali if they can sent raita instead of Small portion of Dal and instead of 3 Paranthas, 2 parantha and some rice. Please send some Mouth freshers green Sauf. Thank you Guys . Meal was amazing.

After ordering the food, the restaurant didn't pick up any calls, Zomato executives kept me waiting for 3 hours saying the restaurant is not picking calls and then suddenly the app says the order is delivered without actually delivering the order. Such a fraud it is. I had to keep awake till 1 at night to get this confirmation that I will have to sleep hungry today.

Took a second chance to try different dish. Kadhi pakora was below average. Not at all close to what I expected as desi meal. Chicken tikka masala was okay but more on sweeter side. Not well balanced preparation. Paratha seems to be close to what we make at home.

Very disappointed with food I got order delivered after 1hr 45min which would take hardly 15 min because it was just 0.5 km away when called dint response properly later how many ever times called dint answer calls waited for so long and finally got order but not upto the mark while ordering it said buy 1 get 1 but got only 1 meal with no dessert and food was also tasted very bad

Used to regularly order from here. But this is the second time I'll facing this issue - on 27/07/2021 had order one dhal makhni rice box with add on of masala lemonade. Instead I got Dal Rajma rice with less than half the quantity. The box lid also wasn't closed. AND they missed the masala lemonade order. The food content in side came so shabbily and less than half the quantity. I put in the spoon but dint touch a grain of it. You can see the photo. And the bill I ordered

The number is not updated. I ordered from Zomato and the order got delayed by one and half hour. And there is no response from the restaurant, no numbers are connecting.
