Please dont fall for these fake reviews.We bought a puppy from them and they promised to give us certificate.Instead of giving certificate they are telling us lame excuses day by day and not even answering the call.If u need a pet please dont buy from these fake people.And also we are not sure that they are breeding properly,because our puppy is showing genetic illnesses and they haven't given us the certificate till now(8months)
The most impressive aspect of Bow Wow is the awareness and the intellect of the person in charge. We are new pet owners, and being totally scared and anxious of bringing our lil pup home, lead us to seek advise from experts. We went to a couple of salons, but it was at Bow Wow, where we found a great support and help. Not only were their prices reasonable, but Mr S was truly helpful with the information regarding our Pups food and supplements. Thumbs up for all your help. Got a doberman puppy from a breeder he had referred to. The puppy looked nice and healthy. Unfortunately, we failed to notice a small spot under the neck where the puppy had mite infestation. In two months time, it spread to cause generalized demodectic mange, now puppy at 7 months, still under treatment. Ideally breed stock with demodectic mange should not be bred further, but i guess i got tricked to buying my dog. So people who get puppies check thoroughly for skin conditions before buying. Just sharing an experience so that others doesn't share the same fate. The breeder who is in vellayani should be alerted not to breed that parents further, as there is a possibility of demodex in future puppies.
Personal experience : Got cheated. They were supposed to sell me a Pomeranian puppy, instead I got a stray puppy which looked exactly like a pom when I bought it. Worst pet shop ever.

The place looks small from the outside but once u enter u find lots of space. They have lot of products available for sale from really good brands for all your pet needs.
They hav made us an amazing bird cage . Thanku so much for doing this for us. The owner is so knowledgeable and friendly . Looking forward to more ... one of the best pet shops I hav been to .
