Giving this place a five star rating based on my recent experience. Both Alim and Bruce were extremely helpful in explaining to me and my daughter who had gone there for haircuts on their recommendations. They did not banter too much and neither were they aloof. Excellent service. Would totally recommend the two of them

Bounce is a rip-off. It's overpriced, dirty, and the customer service is atrocious. They won't even give you a service without an appointment, and they never answer their phones. If you go to Bounce, you're guaranteed to be disappointed and out of money. 1. The prices at Bounce are insane. I got a basic haircut and it cost me over 1k. That's more than I pay for a haircut at a high-end salon in the City! 2. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I tried to call to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. They told me they were too busy to take my call and hung up on me.

I recently visited bounce parlour for a hair cut, the Junior hair stylist gave a very simple and bad hair cut, I am very disappointed with the haircut given. I think it's high time that their junior stylist learn some better skills. Some good training will help them in understanding customers request. Not going to visit again. It's waste of money.

@Bounce Sahakar Nagar Branch Very disappointing experience inspite of requesting for a senior stylist. The senior stylist was not at all customer friendly. If you say you are offering senior stylist services, the expectation is that the stylist based on his/her expertise would suggest for suitable hairstyle based on hair length and quantity. Not keep telling the customer that you have scanty hair and there can't be much done with hair styles. That was a very humiliating experience. Had to cancel and come off because it made me feel horrible about my hair. The worst part is that they were not at all concerned that the customer is leaving and did not want to make any additional effort to make it a better experience.

I got my hair cut from the style director Alex. He was amazing and does exactly what you ask him to but with recommendation on what will suit your face shape. I have thick curly hair and he did a great job with the haircut and overall styling. If you're looking to go for short haircuts and experiment with new styles, he's the person to go to. You can say that he has passion for what he does.

As per my observation, they do not have a protocol to disinfect trimmers and scissors after each use before using them on other customers. Management needs to educate hairstylists and establish a protocol. I'm not sure why people pay premium prices here. I won't go there again.

My go to place for a perfect hair cut. I generally don't change my stylist and have stuck to Kalyan and Maruthi, ever since Bounce opened their salon in Sahakar Nagar. Warm people. Good stylists. Thank you.

Got keratin treatment but hair become frizzy after just one wash. Cut looks good in the salon after wash and blow dry, but all frizz is back after one wash. They Trick us into buying expensive shampoos and serum which are no better than pharmacy shampoos and five times the cost. Will never return or recommend to anyone.
